      Contacted about a loan, but when searching their address in ******* ****************************************************************, that is on the letter it comes up as a *** store. Name on letter is NCR, LLC and *************.

      The company that contacted you is not my company.  We are National Check Resolution, Inc. located in GA.  You can review my company information/location in BBB and you will see you have filed this under the wrong company.  We do not handle consumer debt, but commercial debt.

      I am not given the option to receive this validation of debt by mail or allowed or review online. This is the first call I have received and they are horribly rude and unprofessional and using illegal tactics

      I received a text message today stating my account has been listed as a refusal and that documentation will be sent to my physical address and place of employment on 09/02/22. The text message came from phone number ************. I called the number and asked the representative what company this is and all she said was NCR. When I asked what does NCR stand for and who are they, she got aggressive and said she would not provide me with any information. I'm not sure what company this is, but I have not received any correspondence or phone calls before today from NCR. I'm not sure if this company is being used for a scam, but I do not want to be contacted by them again.

      I received an email from this company stating I have a loan in collections on 08/17/2022. There was 2 phone numbers in the email. The first one I called was not a working number. The second one I called a guy named ******* legal answered and I explained that I do not have a loan with any company that it was fraudulent. I explained that I already have an official identity theft report as well as police reports out. He then got a massive attitude with me and started he was taking me to court. I asked for his supervisor and he said he was the general manager. I then stated I was going to report him to the BBB and he got even more of an attitude with me saying I needed to pay this debt and he will take me to court. I then hung up and went to the company website where I found another phone number and I spoke to a lady that just transferred me back to him.

      ****************** has an account in our office for a loan that was taken out in 2017.  Two payments were made to my office by ****************** in 2018 towards this loan and then she did not make any further payments.  We will gladly close the account for Identify Theft with a copy of the ********************* report.  The report can be emailed to *************************************************** or faxed to ************.

      Me and my husband received threatening phone calls from a ************************* who states he works in the filing offices of NCR. Not sure how if you want to work with us regarding a debt by threatening us will get us to work with you but I would rather work with whoever the original debtor is at this point. From previous complaints seems like this is normal for this company.
