Vitaly was very friendly and believes in customer service. My ********************** vent hadn't been cleaned since 2020, so I knew it was time. ****** showed up on time and informed me when he left his previous customer, that way I could wrangle my dogs. He put a camera in the vent and showed me how dirty it really was. I also had him do a dryer tune-up. When he opened the dryer up there was a lot of lint in the dryer. Vitaly did a great job cleaning everything. I highly recommend this company.Home Dryer Solutions, LLC

******* is amazing!!! I live in an older condo community and the vent system is not the best. I was having to run a drying cycle 2-3 times causing me to have hugher than usual electric bills. I had another company come out prior and they offered no feasible solutions...couldn't even figure out where the vent was leading to. The property manager then recommended ******. He got me set up the very next day. He was very thorough in explaining to me the work he had to do and why. In less than an hour later, work was done and dryer is back working efficiently. I would recommend Home Dryer Solutions, LLC over any other dryer service listed on Better Business. They came out on a Saturday plus called early to ask if they could come out thirty minutes early. Very professional, knew exactly what I needed accomplished and how to do it. They went above what I expected and completed the repair to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing dryer or vent repair or cleaning.Home Dryer Solutions, LLC

Home Dryer Solutions came to my home and found my dryer vent clogged with a nest of wood chips and lint. They cleaned it out to my satisfaction and got my drier working to my wifes satisfaction !!! I highly recommend this company. ******* understands all things associated with dryers and is very professional. I HIGHLY recommend Home Dryer Solutions for your next dryer repair. ******* is the owner and certified Technician who performs all the services. He comes prepared to assess the situation and make the repairs on the same visit. He returns his messages quickly and gives an *************** for his appointment. He also sends updates to let you know his ETA. He made an accurate assessment of how long the repair would take him to complete. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. He makes all his repairs to the standard of the code for dryer vents. His focus is on home dryer vents and nothing else. Our dryer wouldn't dry our clothes. Since it was 11 years old, we purchased a new one. The first time we used the new dryer, it indicated a 90% blockage message and it also couldn't dry properly. We called ******* and he was able to come out the same day. He checked everything and was able to fix the blockage in our roof vent and clean all the duct work/piping. He showed pictures confirming what our new dryer indicated. He was very efficient, did an excellent job, and was very reasonablly priced. We have scheduled him to periodically come out to clean and check our venting to prevent this from happening again. We highly recommend!Home Dryer Solutions, LLC
