Second time using this company and excellent service and experience! I had a completely plugged drier vent last year and first time someone used a camera to find out why my dryer was not working properly! The vent on my roof was plugged and he gave me the name of the best vent to have installed and over the past year it dries my clothes in less than 60 minutes! I had it cleaned again 12 months later and I should be good now for every 2 yrs. Highly recommended and honest. Thank you!Home Dryer Solutions, LLC

This was our first experience having our dryer vent cleaned. We were very impressed with the work done and educating us about the whole process. He pointed out some problems with the venting of our dryer and what should be done. The choice was left up to us. We decided to have the work done. Best experience I have had with any appliance repair. Even though I had dryer duct cleaning before with another company ******* was able to show me pictures of clogged ducts. He arrived on time. He identified a problem with the heating coil and replaced it. He then discovered that the motor was dying (and making a smell). He said the best thing to do was to get a new dryer. He swapped the heating units back (so I wouldn't have to pay for a new one).I only had to pay the diagnostic fee.He also gave me recommendations on getting a code-compliant vent hood and his favorite brand of dryer.Home Dryer Solutions, LLC

Can't say enough about Home Dryer Solutions. ******* educated me on the need to periodically clean the dryer vents and piping. He showed me before and after pictures, and wow now I know why my dryer was showing me air-flow errors. He also suggested some upgrades for the venting; adding sturdier elbow joints, so it won't compress at turns and continue to build up lint and block the air flow, and tubing that is smooth inside instead of ridged so lint won't get trapped in the ridges. We will be contacting him again for periodic cleanings. Very happy to have found ******* and Home Dryer Solutions.Home Dryer Solutions, LLC
