    I don't want to give this place ANY stars, but that's not an option. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! They lie about everything. We purchased a vehicle last July. The A/C was blowing warm air. We took the car back several times, we were told the problem was fixed and not to worry we were covered if we had any additional issues. Fall came and we didn't need the A/C so out of site out of mind. Fast forward to this summer the A/C is still not working. We took the car to the service department, they told us "We don't service that type of vehicle, it would be better if you take it to a Jeep dealership". Well, how did you initially fix the problem when we originally brought it in for service? THEY DIDNT!!! I spoke to my sales associate *****, and he again assured us not to worry, the most you will come out of pocket is $250, your warranty covers everything. Upon taking the car to the Jeep dealership, the warranty covers nothing, and we are looking to pay over $2800. This dealership is the worst, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They lie just to get you out the door. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE IN THE FUTURE!!!!

    To make the story short, recently I received an email with an offer to trade my truck for a new one and I simply replied I was not interested in doing business with Andean ***** because of the poor customer service because ever since i purchased my truck from there i had problems and my sales person dissapeared. looks like my response caused my then, sales person (*******) to text me very very disrespectful things because he didn't seem to like my response who goes by saying he "got me approved" like if he is some kind of finance manager in charge or the bank. and "bail me out of the **** when in fact, they buried me more. it's a shame to have someone like that represent this dealership.This is very unprofessional and ******* should not longer be allowed to service this dealership's customer. People like this should not be in the customer service industry!

    I purchased a vehicle from this dealership & the dealership did not have all the proper paperwork to correctly process the paperwork with DMV in a timely manner. Thus my 30 day temporary tags they issued me has expired two weeks ago & still have not received my correct **************** or another set on temp tags. I am afraid to drive vehicle without proper paperwork. I was not advised at time of sale, dealership did not have all the correct paperwork at the time. This is causing me hardship & loss of use of my purchase. I contacted dealership but continue to get a run around. The admin-personnel will not return calls. The sale went quick with no issues. But I can't legally drive my vehicle now without the possibility/fear/hassle of being pulled over by law enforcement. No ideal of when I will be able to legally drive my vehicle - ***********************
