    Stopped by at Troncalli to check out the new Ram 1500. Liked one from features and price wise and seriously wanted to do the business there. I had a trade-in as well. All was going well with my sales representative.However, while trying to agree on the trade-in value, the appraiser/financial guy (*****) stepped in. He was quite loud, unprofessional and upset about my expected trade-in value which was in line with what kbb was showing. Even after that he continued on to implying that the numbers I showed are not for the right vehicle despite me saying that it's based on ******'s ok if you don't agree with what I am asking, that's part of business. There is always a professional way to say that and I expected nothing more than just yes/no. What I don't appreciate is some guy (who I have not been dealing with) barging in out of no where and pretending to be someone important and all-knowing and telling me essentially that - I should not even dare to ask what I was asking.I had to just tell him to keep his numbers and I will keep my vehicle and go elsewhere and walked out.I was having a positive dealing with the sales person and my experience at the dealership could have been a great one with me closing the deal (with or without the trade-in). It's just sad that the whole thing ended in a negative way because of someone's bad attitude and poor sales tactics.

    We always appreciate the opportunity to address a customer's concerns when/if they arise.  Our General Manager reached out to this customer with the following and we hope it provides clarity on the scenario:

    I am sorry that you left feeling that ***** was unprofessional. As the *** I look at any negative reviews in order to take corrective measures to improve. I therefore looked into the market value of your Gladiator and have determined that its value is in the 38K to 39.5K range. I believe ***** was offering you in the 38K range for your trade and you were expecting 42K ******* there are similar vehicles retailing for that amount, it would not be a good business decision to put your vehicle into our inventory for "retail"and then compete with other dealers. I know ***** shared these numbers with you and did so with passion that might come across as a "poor attitude"but I can promise he meant no ill toward you. I believe he was simply trying to convey the actual market value to you. It is normal for customers to have incorrect data and assume that their trade in value is higher than the market and it is our job to share the true value based on current market conditions through weekly auctions and what is currently being advertised on dealer websites.     Was told in July 2023 they put a new transmission in my 2022 WRX. March 2024 found out they rebuilt it. Was told that it would be covered at no cost only to get a phone call a week later that it would be a one time good faith charge of $1000 aka my service plan deductible. Picked the car up today and found out they didnt put the heat shield back on the car. I had taken it off because we thought it was the drive shaft before taking it back to them. Not one phone call asking where the heat shield was or why it wasnt on the car. Service manager said we dont look thru cars thats why it wasnt put back on why not call and ask where its at or put one on the car if its missing!?! Was told they would tow it back and put the part on. No thanks. Will never take another car here and thanks to them will never purchase another ******* We spent $1000 and now have to finish their job. Have already reached out to corporate.

    We have investigated this customer complaint, and our Service Director provided additional information showing that we reached out to the manufacturer for assistance, and despite evidence of abuse in how the vehicle was operated for a second time, the majority of the repair expense was paid by SOA and Troncalli ******* and the customer was responsible for a $1,000 copay. All of our efforts were done as an act of goodwill on behalf of the customer. As for the heat shield, the customer removed it and, therefore, finished their own task. We are in mutual agreement with the customer that they should service their vehicle elsewhere going forward.

    PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR OR BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE! Its been nothing but one gigantic headache dealing with them. Terrible customer service. Terrible service on the car. I bought the car in beginning of December 2023 they have in their system that I bought it January 1 the car was sold to me without having emissions done on it. I had to wait two weeks for a strut supposedly to be mailed in I was told it will be there in a week I called in a week they said it would take another week to get there they did not even have scheduled to have repair on it even though I spoke with the service advisor the day before I took it in. Every time I go there the people in service are not able to locate my car and Ive been told its because theyre still an open Work order on it? The invoice they gave me for this last time didnt even have my correct name. I was told that my car had an alignment done after the strut was replaced, I pulled it off the parking lot and it clearly was out of alignment. The general manager manager didnt even care he made excuses for their terrible ***************** ive taken it in four different times and they dont even put it in their service department Computer and scramble around to locate my car, which is either there getting worked on or supposed to be brought it in to get worked. I was told because its an open work order? These people do not need to be in business! Theyve even called me after I bought the car because they forgot to do an emissions on it. The manager told me the general manager told me that the reason was is because there Was a reason that the emissions wasnt ran on as they had to replace something or reset the check engine light and the state wouldnt allow them but that is incorrect because I was told when I brought it in that they forgot to do it. In what Ive read is that it is illegal to sell a car without having emissions rent on it.

    Don't recommend! They had my Ram for 6 weeks all to replace 2 parts with NO LOANER available entire time. When *** corporate sent review, I expressed how unhappy I was all to get a call from Service Manager about the review. Said he "couldn't get any more bad reviews, so he was denying me future service". Yes, I can't get service for vehicle under warranty because I left bad review, which is why I drive ****** now!

    I had found a vehicle online at Troncalli Jeep, spoke to a salesman, and placed $1000 to hold the deal on Jan 17. The very next morning on Jan 18, I discovered that the vehicle had been wrecked twice by the carfax report. I informed the salesman immediately that I was no longer interested in the vehicle and explained why. I asked for my money to be returned as well. It is now February 3rd and I still haven't received my deposit back or been contacted by anyone at the dealership regarding an update of my refund despite leaving several messages. Do not deal with these people. They are dishonest.
