    First meeting with James went great. He arrived on time, answered all of our questions and made a plan to level and add flooring to our seriously uneven kitchen floor.

    Mr. ********************** was a very kind and informative gentleman. He did not make any promises or throw around numbers at the first encounter. He has promised to come back to me with numbers after he has done the research. I appreciate his kind demeanor and welcoming attitude as someone with little experience in contractor work. It is very easy to feel less than as a first time home owner and I did not feel that way with him
