      When I first started **************** it was 40 bucks now because they dont have enough workers which is not customers problem! My trash is $100+ What if all your customers switched to a different company because of this ? (Now you wouldnt have enough customers to pay employees) My bill has went up $100+ if i wanted to pay that i wouldve just stayed with **************** atleast They Picked Up EVERYWEEK WITHOUT MISSING ANYWEEKS UNLIKE CYCLE WORKS I literally have to beg you guys to come get my trash and pay yall IM NOT DOING BOTH! Deliver the services i pay for AND I WILL ALSO BE SHARING MY EXPERIENCE WITH MY 4.2million Followers On tiktok, Instagram , ******* and Other social media sites DO BETTER THIS IS NOT OKAY CUSTOMERS SHOULDNT HAVE TO SUFFER because of your employees decisions! WE ARE ALL Experiencing inflation not just this company it is very selfish to increase Our bills EVERYTRASH CYCLE! Do better!!!!!!!!!

      Since april of 2021 my bill has gone up every pay period which is every three months. so since then it has gone up seven times. I have emailed them but they just kind of brush me off and do not really explain it, I understand the price going up some but not every pay period. And it is done without any warning.

      Good morning, ****** I'm sorry that we are responding to this message so late I did receive the letter and was able to sign into the account and see your complaint. In reference to the invoice going up unfortunately, this year has been the highest inflation we have seen in over 15 years being, so we are constantly accommodating our rates to fit the needs of business versus cost. In each of our times that our rate has gone up, we have sent a letter breaking down the pricing. 
      If you would like to set up a further conversation with her manager in our office,please notify us and we will set up a time to go over that letter. Thank you again we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion.
