  I feel as if I was trying to be scammed! I was pitched a bait and switch I was quoted one price and then the technician came out and said it was $2,000 when my quote was $375 that is insane!!! I was never told or warned in my process of making an appointment about a dispatch fee no disclaimers were ever said or mentioned in anyway I was forced to sign 3 things that they said were just permission to open the tank and inspect I am worried what I signed was not what I was told and is another bait and switch I believe and feel I was trying to be scammed I will never use this company again dont waste your time they are a bad company

  Same complaint everyone else has. The cussing care gives you a quote of 225. Then tech showed up and without even lifting the lid told me that it would have to be a crush and pump which would be 600 dollars. I asked him how he can increase the cost without even seeing the tank. He responded that he has 9 years experience. I sent him on his way and had my septic pumped out on a Saturday for 300 cash without issue. This company is an absolute scam. Would never recommend.

  They swindled this senior w/ ************ quotes $149 turned into $465 through lies and deception. As a disabled senior and retired public school teacher I was quoted 3 times they would charge me $150 to which I scheduled a service appointment only to hear a totally different story when the tec arrived. I told him he needed to review my scheduling phone call which he has access to! When opening the tank he says he discovered diabetic type med pens floating on the surface which was a total surprise since I'm sole resident and have NEVER flushed anything like that into my septic. He inflated the price to $465 indicating they would have to dispose of this at a different facility which I later confirmed through multiple other local companies was a total fabricated lie!! I would NEVER recommend this discipline, only looking for proficient company to Anyone!

  Absolutely horrible. Called Septic Blue because they had the best price for pumping. A $275.00 job bumped to $5,400.00 in an hour. They also said that we would need a county septic permit to replace the drain field. We are located in S.C where a septic permit is not required. They charged $1,500 to install a 2x2 plastic distribution box. These people are absolute crooks. ****Do not let them on your property.

  STAY AWAY. IN FACT, RUN!!! If I could give this company zero stars I would. They start by making you believe a basic septic clean out is $250. Wrong. I was told (after my yard was dug up) a basic clean out with nothing special included would be $724. There techs are liars and they believe everything that they tell them you as a customer is wrong so if u see this company RUN LIKE H*** this not what you want

  Septic Blue advertised $149.95 plus trip fee of $49.95 to pump a ***** gallon septic tank. I called Septic Blue and spoke to a guy who said the advertised price would be the price I would pay, however, they charged $400 more once they came out. When the tech removed the lid off the tank he immediately stated it would be $598 to pump the tank. This price was different from what the ad quoted ($149.95 plus $49.95 trip fee). He said it was more than ***** gallons along with excessive solids. I disagree with excessive water being in the tank because a ***** gallon tank cant hold more than ***** gallons.The Septic Blue tech pumped the tank but did not clear the outlet line coming from the house that leads to the septic tank. He told me that they dont do that and it would be extra. I told him that other companies always made sure the tank was pumped, lines cleared and toilets flushed and asked me to flush all toilets to make sure the system is functioning properly.I went ahead and paid and had to unclog the system myself to get it operating again. When I received the receipt it was filled with half truths and untruths.

  STAY AWAY. IN FACT, RUN!!! If I could give this company zero stars I would. They start by making you believe a basic septic clean out is $250. Wrong. We were told (after our yard was dug up) a basic clean out with nothing special included would be $3,000. The man commented on how shallow our tank was (less than a foot under ground) and he continued to charge us an extra deep fee. He left and we paid over $2000. After looking at my emailed receipt I noticed that he had FORGED MY SIGNATURE on the liability paperwork. After calling to ask for an itemized receipt to find out what actually cost so much and confront them about the forged document they told me the manager would call me back and, of course, he never did. I called a few more times and got the run around. No one was able to tell me what actually cost so much and no one was able to tell me why my signature had been forged. We will be taking legal action. Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend this company. STEER CLEAR!!

  Bad service and deceptive practice. Quoted 149 plus 49. Refused to hand dig. Broke sprinkler line and downspout drain despite being shown pictures of where they were. Once dug, price was ******. Very deceptive practices and bad service. Left marks in lawn and left a mess. We had to have sprinkler and downspout plus landscaping repaired. Repeated reach out attempts to the company have resulted in no call backs despite being told ***** would call back. Do not use this company.

  Deceptive practices. I was told $294 but when pumped my bill inflated to over $3,000. Invoice breakdown was excessive for every description of charges. I literally feel this was financial ****. Will never use this company again!

  This company is a total fraud. They advertise one price $149 00 for pumping **** gallon tank. By the time they take the lids off its a $3000.00 pumping job. False advertising. I had a coupon for $149.00 / **** gallon tank.Do not use this company. Theyre all liars and nobody wants to talk to you.
