    Do not use this company. They charged me 3X the price of other companies in my area. I didn't do my homework before I called them. It wasn't even the septic tank that was causing my problems, it was a clog. They talked me into putting the payment on a synchrony credit card. I have been told they took me for all they could. They charged *****, I didn't know but I know now

    We contact septic blue to help with our drain field repairs. They advise me to get a credit card to help to pay for the repairs with a 6 month grace ******* Even though I told them that I need to think about it they ensure me that I can call and cancel anytime. It was Christmas. I call 4 days after to cancel. A month later I received the credit card statement with a $500 charge in it. I had call Septic Blue multiple times and they mentioned that ***** the manager will call me back. I'm still waiting for *****. I was wondering why the charge if the project was never started and nobody from the company came to my house to see it. In one of the calls someone told me the $500 were for the septic permit they had to apply to the the repairs. I went to Forsyth county webpage and the septic repair application is 100 dollars and will take 3 weeks. I'll find hard to believe that the county got them a permit during the holydays in two days, or maybe they are just lying. So far I have to pay 500 to a credit card I don't have and never used while my drain field is still broken. This guys are flat out stealing from hard working families.
