    Made purchase ($1700 tile, $800 shipping totaling $2500) of travertine tile March 1, 2024. It was delivered in 2 shipments on March 15, 2024 and March 21, 2024.Overall have about 50 square feet of broken tile. Both shipments as per Tilesbay instructions were opened upon arrival and inspected before the carrier left. This way damages could be verified between the carrier who signed off on paperwork and photos taken to show Tilesbay. They advised claims process will begin. They also said they'd ship me 4 bundles which would equate to the damaged 50 square feet. So far I continue to get replies to all my emails with vague responses. Either the carrier isn't coming through or their team will go check on my order but never any information. Today is May 28th making 2 months ongoing process and I've an unfinished kitchen floor. My only customer service contact is *****************. ******************* is a unique cut and color of tile where I cannot find a match to my order anywhere else. Due to my cash outlay I need to recieve the balance tile to replace the broken or will not have enough complete my floor.

    On May 26, 2023, I placed an order online totaling $1,060.28 for luxury vinyl stair tread (7 boxes) and one box containing a vinyl flush stair nose. The packages were shipped thru *** and received on 06/03/23. After opening the boxes, the contents of two sets of boxes came broken and dented, so I immediately notified the seller via email including pictures of the boxes and broken items. Since this was reported, their customer service department keeps blaming the carrier and as of today 8/2/2023, they have not taken any responsibility or refunded me. On June 7/2023, I had to place another online order for the replacement of the two boxes as I needed the product to finish the installation. My ask has been very simple since I reported the incident. I just want my money back including the shipping cost for the replacement order that I placed.
