Filed two paid orders with Over Modify LLC; neither was fulfilled. ***** ******* admitted the business is closed and orders wont be shipped. The *** was dissolved before my purchases. Hello, i paid ****** on jan 15 i ordered a car decal/livery and on their website it says it gets delivered with a month. But its been 6 months possibly even more than that. Ive tried emailing them and only a bot replies to me saying my order is in queue. They also turned off their comment section throughout their social media, so theres pretty much no way to contact them. I dont want my money back i just want the product that i specifically ordered since this was supposed to be a gift for a family member but its clearly been too long. ThankyouInitial Complaint

I ordered an automotive livery from the *********************** website after seeing an ad for them on ************ order was placed on August 28, 2024 with a promised ship date of 5-6 weeks. The time past with no updates or further notices of my order even after I had reached out to ***** ******* personally in October, and he never responded to my messages. I placed an order on 6/23/24 for $568 for a livery on my car. I was told shipping would be 6-8 weeks. I didnt receive my order within that time frame so I emailed ***** ******* in August about the order. He told me they are backed up and it could take a little longer. So I said that was alright and I waited. I then emailed again in November about my order and got no response. So then I email again in December no response. After that I checked their social media page and they are posting about shipping out their newest merchandise in the next couple of weeks. So then I check the comments on their tik tok @************************* and there are multiple comments about people not receiving their orders some as long as a year ago. It seems the website and company is only owned and operated by one person. I think they have too much business for what they can handle and are just not giving people their orders instead of making an announcement that they have to catch up on orders. I hope this helps all the other people who also got screwed over by them.Initial Complaint

I ordered some stickers for my mother's car for her birthday and they were $214. Ordered a livery April 19th with promises of delivery with 8-12 weeks. It's now september and there has been no contact since the day of the purchase. They delete social media comments and don't have an accessible support on their website. ordered a livery in august of 2022. was told it would take 4-8 weeks. sent in pictures of my car so they could draw up the design and i could make tweaks here and there. never got a reply to that email. two months pass and i didnt hear anything from them. four months pass and i emailed them and didnt hear back. six months pass and i email and instagram dm them and didnt hear anything back. 8 months pass and i email them and get a reply where he apologized that it was taking so long and that he would personally make my order and ship it in the next week. another two months pass and i didnt get anything and my emails were still being ignored. i finally email them a year and two months later asking for a refund or else im calling my bank back for a chargeback. they reply to this email telling me my livery shipped a month ago and asked me if someone maybe stole it from my porch. i told them it never arrived and i have cameras to see my porch and cars and i never got a email that it was shipped or a tracking number and asked him for my tracking number. never replied to my email so i called my bank and they refunded me the full amount. then i got a letter from them that they will appeal my chargeback and if they win i will get my livery. i laughed at that since didnt he say it was already sent? anyway he lost the appeal and i got my full refund from the bank. please avoid this company at all costsInitial Complaint

Overmodify sells custom decals for show cars and I ordered $250 worth of product, its been 15 months since I placed my order and paid. Since then Ive reached out on social media for updates only to be blocked and ignored. There is no customer service or way of reaching directly. My comments on social media as well as others have been deleted and only allows positive comments left.
