    I ordered a livery from this merchant 2 almost 3 years ago. I reached out multiple times over the first year still expecting to be receiving said product. I was ignored most times. On the occasions where i did get a response i was given little to no answer then promptly ignored. Im seeking a refund because it is not fair that i gave my money for a product and never received it.

    This person was someone I purchased an item from back in September of 2023 and has yet to give me accurate order information and continues to send orders purchased _____ are shipping ______ and keeps filling in the blank with further our dates everytime I ask for an update. Hes stolen $200 from me personally and from what Ive heard in the community of cars/car graphic designers he has scammed multiple people but yet still continues to take orders and promote sales on his page. What was supposed to take 8-12 weeks is approaching 8-12 months

    Ordered the product on February 7th of 2024. Lead time is 8-12 weeks. It has now almost been 24 weeks. The company has not responded to emails and the only way to get their attention is to complain on social media. They keep leading people on saying the orders will ship the following week. They make the excuse they are overwhelmed with the amount of orders yet continue to post promos on social media to push their product.

    Order a livery for my car, 2.5 months in I reached out for an update, no response, emailed, DMd.. no response. At 4 months with no update or response I involved my credit card company to help with a refund, to which finally initiated a reply from over modify, claiming they will fight it.Keep your money, they spent more time sharing on instagram than responding to customers who are left in the dark.

    I made an order for a PREMADE livery for my car on October 31st 2023. *** reached out multiple times through multiple avenues via email and social media. No response other than automated responses. No correspondence. Charged bsck with my bank and it was denied. So now Im out 200$ almost 30 weeks later.

    3/1 - I placed my order (paid $100 extra for it to be rushed for 7 weeks) for a discounted Sora livery.3/20 - I email to check on my order. I get an auto-response back that has a general ETA for livery orders, which don't reflect ETAs for rush orders & also throw in a blame on "vinyl shortages" for their delays. I followed up asking for an ETA ***************** got no response. 3/26 - I emailed on the same thread asking for an update, to which I got yet another auto-response back; they were moving & would be out of production between 3/20-4/8, which meant my order was going to be delayed another 2ish weeks.3/28 - I sent an email attempting to cancel my order; reasoning is, with the delay, I would not have had my livery in time to be installed for two events. ***** emailed back stating, word-for-word, "Hello Kat, It will be shipped before the 19th. *****" Key word: "WILL."4/19 - I emailed for tracking. Got an auto response stating they were going back in production after 4/17, which meant there was yet ANOTHER 1.5 week delay.4/21 - Emailed for an update, threatening to dispute the charge; same auto-response as before.4/25 - I decided against disputing the charge (because I really do want this livery), & emailed for an update. Same auto-response. 5/1 - Emailed for update, Auto response Again.5/7 - Emailed in three separate times throughout the day for an update. I went on about how upset I am, I asked for my order to be shipped out by ******** $100 extra for rush shipping to be refunded since it did NOT ship when ***** said it "WILL" ship... again, with no response.I never received any notification prior to March that they were going to have such severe delays until AFTER my order was placed & I had gone out of my way to try and check on it. Overmodify should've been proactive & let their customers know about this ahead of time. They are seriously lacking in communication & definitely need to hire assistance with ********************* service.

    i ordered a wrap from this business and when i ordered it, it had said that it will be delivered around 4-6 week(estimate) it was ordered may 30th it is now september 28th i would try to get updates and they wouldnt email back for days. they didnt help at all. i still havent got the product or anything. as soon as i talk to the disputes that when they try to respond to me. i wouldnt recommend them. just very inconvenient.

    I would like to start out by saying that this company is run by 1 guy and his Significant Other. So 2 people... with that being said, this guys is way in over his head. He has grown is business way to rapidly to keep up with demands and his "lead times" on his website are false advertisement. They say around 14 weeks, I believe, but it's been over 9 months since I placed my order and he keeps saying it's ready to ship but he has not replied to my numerous emails or DM's on Instagram. He's bitten off more than he can chew and he needs to hire more help to catch up with the demands of his customers. This is not a good look for his business and if he doesn't want to keep getting complaints then he should start hiring more.helo or change his lead times and not ****** advertise to people thinking that they will receive a product MUCH sooner than in reality...This company makes good products, but they are not running their business well and need to expand their employees to suit the needs of their customers and the amount of orders that they have accepted AND TAKEN MONEY FROM (to which they have a NO REFUND POLICY even though some orders take months after the expected lead time to even be thought about let alone me started on)

    I made a 39$ purchase at overmodify.com on October 3rd of 2022. They listed a 8 week wait time maximum. After 8 weeks, I asked about my order through their email ********************************** which they responded and told me they were waiting on some product and it would ship out within a few weeks. 4 weeks later I asked if I could change out the item, as it had been 12 weeks total at this time. ***** told me I could. After responding asking what else was readily in stock, I never recieced a reply. I tried again to contact him over 2 months later, but have recieved no response.

    On 6/3/2022 I paid $53.00 to the company for stickers. On 6/11/22 I received shipment notification. The ************** never received them. Over the next month, I reached out through phone, email, social media, and store front. And was never replied to. I commented on social media and it was deleted. I commented again and was messaged that the items would ship. A couple of weeks later I inquired and was told once again they would ship. That was several weeks ago. Have not received items. Company has since relocated to a different state.

    Back in July we dropped off this package at **** and it never ended up getting scanned in.

    Unfortunately this went under the radar for us as it was a fulfilled order in our system.

    On August 25th I filed a complaint with the bank. Almost three weeks after being told *** purchase would ship again. The bank seems to have had better things to do. Accepting the loss, I closed the complaint. I lost a little money. The company lost much more in purchases that I made elsewhere. And customers looking elsewhere after hearing about them.
