      I would choose no stars if it was an option. The experience from the first email was a prime example of a marketing and sales trap. The ONLY reason I continued with them was because the school requires you to use this company to get the senior photo in the yearbook. The day of the photo shoot (we chose to go to the school location) the people hired to take the photos (they should NOT be called Photographers) barely knew how to handle a customer. It was a so-called photo shoot with no mirrors, no changing rooms, nothing. It was so unprofessional, with the exception of one man and one woman ( I wish I had their names because they were carrying the load of the entire group). One guy couldn't figure out how the tassel kept spinning back and forth. It was as if he had never seen a tassel or a graduation cap ever before. I find it hard to believe that THIS experience is what our phenomenal school would choose for our Seniors to experience for their yearbook photos. I think they were sold a bill of goods. Just sad.

      These folks are a scam, I paid ****** for a photo session, plus hair and makeup. They didn't do hardly anything to my daughters hair, it looked terrible. The make up was even awful. Why do you have to pay so much for a photo session and not get one photo for that charge. They don't tell you the price of packages till after you go in for your photo's to be done. Then they give you this phamphet with the prices which is ridicouly over priced. They schedule you an appointment to come look at your proofs, My daughter was 30 mins late because she went to wrong location and when she got there they wouldn't even see her. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Better who somewhere else is all I can say!!! I would rate this as a ZERO STARS but they don't have it!! STAY AWAY PEOPLE AND FINE YOU A REAL PLACE TO GO TOO...

      Grossly unorganized at the school and like so many have stated way ****** priced. The website is not user friendly. Every time you go to checkout there is an ad-on that I didnt even select but to add to the frustration, does not give you the option to just even delete it from your cart. Avoid this company if at all possible.

      Had to use them for my Seniors photos for sports and Yearbook. Paid for packages and downloads. My download photos looked ok, but then I received their prints in the mail and they were washed out and my son's skin was yellow. I'm not impressed. I want refund for my Prints. I can have ******* print a better quality photo than that. Very disappointed for his Senior year photos. Go back to Lifehouse or ****** Photography. Do not waste your time. Pay a professional to do on your own.

      Terrible photography! Horrible customer service. No one will ever respond to emails, phone calls take over an hour + if you ever get connected. Chat connection takes about an hour and when you do connect with chat, they can't actually help you, just tell you someone will call you in 24 hours and that never happens. My daughter had sport photos taken on August 16, 2022. All of the team photos I received were completely out of focus and horrible shadows across some of the girls faces and way over processed in photoshop. Her individual photos were even worse, I know hard to beat completely out of focus images! They put her in front of what I can only imagine one of the photographers bed sheets from the night before, such a complete wrinkled mess. They did nothing to take the wrinkles out and the background is not evenly lit. My daughter is also orange in the photos. I have asked for a refund multiple times and no one will respond.

      Terrible company ! Please schools quit using this company . These are not professional photographers. I think they just hire anyone that come in the door . Senior pictures of my son you were able to see the clasp from the bow tie . Another student was photographed in their cap and gown and they placed the cap backwards . You can never speak with a live person either . Awful experience!

      I paid $300 for a sitting fee and was then provided a cost package ranging between $200 (for one pose) and UO to over $3000!!!! The cost of 3 poses is $899 and, if you want to purchase the digital pictures, the cost is $2000! This company does NOT provide you the cost of the pictures prior to you sitting, so I find it to be a scam. Terrible business practice and unethical.

      It should be ZERO STARS!!!!!I had a horrible experience at this location and no one is trying to fix the problem. My next step is to write a complaint with the BBB. Last Saturday my son took senior pictures. I originally payed for the Elite session. After 2 hours, my son was tired and ready to go. I too was ready at that point. Spoke to a manager and she down graded his session. First I didnt receive any money back due to that, ok fine. Yesterday I receive a email to look at his proofs and I noticed pictures are missing. The BEST pictures are whats missing at that! I called and asked for a manager but was told it was the corporate office and they would escalate and have someone call me immediately. I NEVER got that call. What the girl that took my call told me was bc of my package, **** chooses what pictures they think are the best and thats why pictures were missing. I told her I wanted to see all the missing pictures so that I could choose myself. I was told I couldnt see those pictures and my son could come back and retake pictures. Horrible customer service! None of this was even explained at the location before I left.
