      Our school has partnered with them. After picture day we were given the pricing. To be ANY prints, you have to purchase all digital images. These are school pictures and if you want even a single print. Buy the digital and print yourself or pay a nice sum of money to buy all images plus 1 or 2 sheets. Their email tactics started out very deceiving, too. After many complaints, that has improved, slightly. Don't give these people your money. Pay a real professional for better pictures.

      Hands down the biggest amateur photographers I have ever seen. **** a photo of my son and his glasses were right in his eyes. When I called them out on it, they said the makeup session was in November. I told them I wanted a refund. They pretty much told me no refunds and tough luck. These people are a typical case of someone buying a camera and thinking they know how to take photos. I also asked for touchups, that did not happen. An absolute rip-off. The digital downloads.... 1 MB. All they could say is they are 300DPI. I do not think they know how dots per inch work. They are in over their head. Stay. Far. Away.

      We had paid and scheduled for Senior photos SEPT 2. Sitting time was 10:00 am. We arrived 15 minutes early per their request and the school was locked up tighter than a drum. My son waited 30 minutes and finally left. It took days for them to finally reply and their reply they said they "checked with the crew..." that they were there at 730 am. WHAT A CROCK. Al the doors were locked and ours was the ONLY car there. So someone from ** makes a call, a call- and only proof is what the crew says? What? We're lying? They may have shown up later that day but they were not there at our scheduled time. I'm still fighting them. I am appalled his school chose to use this sub standard company.

      CADY did photos at my son's school this year. The good: I really liked the photos they took and ordered one 8x10. I was disheartened by the pricing knowing many of the kids at our school would be priced out from purchasing.I received the photo and was pleased.The bad:1 week after was sent a portfolio from CADY with all of the pictures they took in a lovely leather folder. I did not order this and the company knows it. If I don't return this folder by a certain date, the company will charge my credit card $200 for the pleasure of it landing through my mail. I had to log into the CADY account to print off a return label and now insure this gets back - onus on me.This is predatory and this company should avoided at all costs.

      I was very unhappy to hear I had to pay a $29 sitting fee just for my kid to get her picture in the Yearbook. THEN the website is confusing abs keeps trying to add extra charges. But the worst was yesterday when I came home to a package from Cady with a $200 portfolio in it. I DID NOT ORDER NOR WANT any pictures. It says I can keep it for "free" if I order over $399 in pictures!?!? If I don't send it back they will charge me? Unsolicited merchandise is a free gift. I will not be paying for this. And I'm not going out of my way to mail back junk I did not ask for. I am just shocked that company works stoop so low as to try to force purchases.

      This company is a rip off. I paid $99 for a 16x20 picture, and they emailed me a digital download instead. When I sent an email about what happened, someone replied and basically said oh well.

      Haven't even gotten to the session yet this is the photographer my senior's high school is using. So I had no choice. I spent an hour on my cell phone on their site trying to make an appointment with no luck. Then I tried to contact them by phone after waiting for an hour I finally hung up. Next day I figured it would work on the laptop but no. So then I started a chat where I was 18th in que. When I was finally attended to the woman on the chat could not make my appointment for me as I had to pay online. So on the second day of trying I must have jumped through the proper hoops online to finally get an appointment. What a complete waste of time.

      Cady just makes things hard. They have been taking my son's school portrait for 4 years; he has FOUR profiles on their website. Why can't they put all years together under one profile? Their on-site senior portrait "event" at our high school was moderately well organized. The photographer doing the formal photos was pretty good. The other photographer we had for the "casual" photos was horrible. He was barely out of high school himself and had a poor way about him and didn't have any tips or tricks to deal with a typical moody teenager. The posed casual photos he took look horribly awkward. The Cady website is designed to trick you into ordering things you do not want or need; they pre-load expensive add-ons into your cart. Their print prices are outrageous to begin with so let's trick people into buying even more overpriced prints. It's a business model that lacks integrity. They send you a portfolio you don't want and then threaten you with yet another charge if you don't return said unwanted portfolio by their deadline. Two more years of their nonsense and I will be happily done with this company forever.

      All CADY does is shove higher priced packages and additions in your face. I have deemed this service not worth my money. I don't mind that my photo won't be featured in the yearbook. I find CADY to seem largely pretentious. My high school commissioned CADY for their services, and I am hugely dissatisfied with their decision. CADY is the EA of photography.

      Went to pick up my pictures about an hour and half from where I live. Purchase the usb and my video was of bad quality wasnt same as what I saw in the studio. Also I had a picture that was missing. I was told to basically go on the site to re download everything. Why pay for a usb and it does not have the files down loaded properly.
