    Hickory Sanitation missed many trash pickups over a 9 month period. After missing 3 pickups after Christmas I called, texted, emailed, and reached out to out via ********. They have not responded to repeated requests for communication, cancellation, and refunding fees.

    This company missed multiple pick *** to the point that we had to pay to have other trash companies come and get our trash. They ghosted us and when we emailed them to cancel and get a refund we got no reply.

    We have paid garbage service to be picked up all the way through the end of January and ever since this guy bought over Hickory sanitation he has not been picking up anybodys garbage like he supposed to every week. Hes coming up with some excuse one week it was his truck was stuck in the mud then his truck was broke down then last week it was stuck in the mud again and now he still hasnt picked up the trash this week. It was supposed to be picked up on Monday and it still hasnt been picked up And if you actually look at his ******** profile, Hickory and Sanitation, you will see all of the complaints that people are having with this guy he is not giving them their money back or nothing are not even picking up trash.

    3 weeks have gone bye without our fresh being picked up. We are over flowing with garbage and they have not communicated to let us know a solution. Only saying-sorry via text message. We need our trash picked up and we need to know when its going to happen. They pick up every Thursday. Then they just stopped. Our bill is paid. Almost a month with no trash collection and its gross.

    We prepaid three months of trash service (12 pickups), and after the first two pickups, no service has been provided at all. It has now been three weeks with no service at all, despite multiple phone calls and messages from our end, only followed by broken promises from this company (we will pick up your trash tomorrow). They do not respond to the phone nor return voicemails. Complete radio silence.

    To whom this may concern:

    I attempted to acquire this business since September 2024 approximately, not having any clue these issues were being had.  Unfortunately, when I signed on the dotted line the current owner, (not to put words in his mouth,) but the clients that have known him for 20 years of service have stated: "when its hunting season he hunts full time."  The first list I received from the owner was an alphabetized list, not a routed list, this has made logistics be a new start process that was not anticipated. It has caused much hardships for us. To date, since final acquisition take over, Me, myself, **** ******, have received $0, not 1 ***** of monies from any paying clients.  When I took over this business is when the whirlwind of issues became ever apparent to me. To date, 4 weeks since acquisition has completed, I still do not have access to ANY FUNDS being deposited into quick books. I do not want to make excuses for anyone, but I am trying to salvage an investment, while trying to relaunch, reconfigure, a logistics nightmare that is already weeks behind without knowledge.  I bought this business because its been open for 40 years, I never imagined there was this hidden secret of not picking up trash for weeks prior to my take over. I will refund every ***** to every client not receiving services, but I need to access the funds where deposited as I have yet to receive any funds so that I can refund.  I am not saying the previous owner did not receive the funds from this client and every other, but I have never received a ***** from any clients payment. I will make right whatever I can, the moment I can.  I am not a quitter, but I am facing an uphill nightmare, trying to salvage an investment, while stopping the shed of clients daily.  I am doing the best I can sincerely to get these services caught up, without even the thought of deposited funds. I apologize for this client not receiving services, I will 100% make sure he or she gets 100% refunded to him ASAP. Please understand, this all started prior to my acquisition.
