    I am very disappointed with the way they handled appointment. I waited for over two months to get an appointment just to have it cancel the day of the appointment. Instead of calling the day before to confirm the appointment you call the morning of the appointment then after not getting answer the appointment is cancelled, where do they do that at? I waited two for an appointment just to have professionalism thrown out the window and want to accommodate me with another two-month appointment where is the professionalism is any of this, why would anyone wait four months to be service for the incompetency of a company that want to claim top tier services. If your customer service is mediocre at best, then the company is the same, when your customer services lack the ability to communicate with your customers that reflex on the company ability to provide quality and reliable service. I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my friends or family because of the lack of professionalism.

    I do not know where all these 5 star reviews came from. Terrible company with dirty methods of taking money from elderly people who are living on a social security check. Stay away from them. Find somebody who is honest and doesnt tell you they are giving you top of the line equipment, only to find out its mediocre at best.
