      I hired Installation Made Easy (IME) to install tile in all three bathrooms and the washroom of my home. IME subcontracted JC Tile to do the installation. According to the contract that I signed, for a total of $405.00, the installers were to remove and reinstall all three toilets as well as the deep freezer, washer and dryer that were located in the washroom. They removed all listed items, but when it came to reinstalling said items, the installers broke the flanges and brass rings on two of my toilets and had the audacity to tell me that it was my responsibility to call a plumber to get it repaired. The cost to repair ONE toilet was $463.48. I contacted IME about what happened on September 29, 2022. **** from ********* called and stated that they had a plumber that would have come to repair both toilets, if he had only known. I told him how would I know that. Why did the installers not call him or even their plumber to repair what they had broken? October 8, 2022, an IME rep named **** emailed me again about ********* willing to waive the rest of the balance and wanted me to sign the scope of service agreement. I decline this offer because it costed me $463.48 to repair ONE toilet, and if JC Tile was waiving the rest of the fee which was $675.00, I am left with only $211.52 to hire a plumbing company to repair the 2nd broken toilet. Talking with IME representatives went on for practically 2 months. JC Tile was resistant to my wanting to be reimburse for having to pay another company to repair one of the broken toilets as well as repairing the 2nd toilet. October 27, 2022, I finally had to propose some sort of solution, which I know was a rip off, but I was just too exhausted to continue with this fight. Long story short, the rest of the installation cost was waived and I was reimbursed with only $252.00 for their destruction of my bathroom toilets. If anyone is planning on installing flooring for their home, DO NOT work with IME or JC Tile.

      The customer signed the scope agreement agreeing to compensation to resolve this claim. The final settlement was to waive the unpaid balance and the customer was provided additional compensation per her request.

      THINK TWICE BEFORE SPENDING $20+K F&D AND ESPECIALLY INSTALLATIONS MADE EASY--"TRUSTED PARTNER"(1.5 OUT OF 5 STARS ON BBB). Please see the pictures first, see what I ordered and see what is still on my floor!!! Then ask your self if this is what you want your house to look like for weeks with no help or end in sight!September 9th we decided to use Floor and Decor with Installations Made Easy. Use the big people with a large fancy showroom who should have no issues with product or quality installation.So I signed up for the 20k+ job start to finish, the tile should be **** days out, we are excited. We purchased the day before we went out of town for a week. Returned home to check the status of the tile and they said now its 6 weeks out. So I said that is unacceptable(also no courtesy phone call for delay) and I would like to find another store/supplier who can make this happen before then as we have thanksgiving/family visits coming soon to our new home.So, I inquired about how to cancel and what my next steps were. I called early the next morning to cancel the Order and move in a different direction, then I was told the tile will be there this weekend or monday. I called back and made sure this was the case and was assured the tile will be there(I assume someone pieced together an order with mismatched dye lots just to make the sale/commission).So we move forward, Install day is now October 5th using Installations Made Easy, I happily made my payment as the finish line for the tile is less than 2 weeks.October 12, Grout Day. Grout day is exciting as baseboards are tomorrow and they will be done. However, there are multiple areas of mis-colored tile(see pics!) ********** review in ****, ** So I call and they tell me to check for boxes of tile, but the boxes were all thrown away as the job is almost done. However, there were a handful of boxes left in the garage with Dye lot 1, Dye lot 5 and I assume another dye lot as there are/were clearly 3 differ

      This customer was refunded his credit card due a payment he disputed. Once the funds were refunded the installer has no obligation to correct the customers concerns. Because the customer disputed the payment for the ****************** the installer did not feel comfortable going back to the home to complete any further work as he was not getting paid for it. At this point the customer has been made whole for the ****************** work that was completed.

      They are horrible. I have spent hours trying to pay my balance to them when the job was done. They state they email but nothing comes over. I told them, I would send a secure email to them to attach the full invoice and they cannot reply to incoming emails.The paper work was done on the sales person cell phone and I was told he would email the proposal, sign contract and receipt for deposit; nothing received.The workers did a good job but the main company Installation Made Easy is a night mare. Be careful when you ****** them their office in GA is completely closed.

      ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CONSTANTLY GETTING HARASSED AT WORK BY ONE OF THERE EMPLOYEES AFTER I HAVE TOLD HIM TO STOP BOTHERING ME AND TO. LEAVE ME ALONE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND INSTALLATION MADE EASY TO ANYONE THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND ALL THEY DO IS JERK YOU AROUND WITH SCHEDULING

      The consumer had an appointment scheduled with one of our Pro's and the consumer was unable to keep the appointment per the notes in the system. The appointment was rescheduled with a different Provider and the consumer cancelled that appointment as well. The customer received 1 appointment reminder call prior to a return call to cancel.

      It was a pleasure working with ***************** and his installers. They removed an oversized tub to make space for two large cabinets, removed and enlarged our existing shower space, replaced it with 2x4ft. tiles, and added new hardware, plumbing, and sliding glass doors. Everyone who sees this remodel is very impressed with the workmanship and how quickly they completed the project. They were quick to return calls and showed up when promised. Job well done!

      Can I give less than one star? This company is terrible. They're warranty is worthless, especially in *****, as the state allows for "Mechanic Liens" if a contractor or his laborers and or suppliers are not paid as is the case with our project. The *** contractor, Mr. ************************** owner of Floored Construction, **********, *****, did not pay the hard working laborers even though we paid half up front. They also have not been paid for several other jobs. So, I withheld the final payment until they get their pay check which is my right in *****. My desire is to pay the hard working laborers directly but *** says to pay them instead and verbally assures me the contractor will pay them instead. Hmmm, well the guys are still waiting ******************...

      IME is a referral service providing installation services for our Partners products. The Providers to do the work are independent companies with their own crews/employees that IME does not oversee or employ. The consumers enter into a contract with the Provider directly for the installation service with the understanding that payments are made to IME to enforce the 12 month installation warranty that is provided to the consumer by the Provider. If payment is not made per the contractual agreement the Provider can pursue collection attempts in order to collect payment however, we do try to work with the consumer and provider to come to an amicable resolution. IME does not control how payment is made from the Provider to the crew/employees as we do not have a contract with those parties. IME has made the Regional Manager aware of the consumers feedback and asked they follow up with the Provider to ensure the crew is taken care of. If the consumer chooses to no make final payment per the contract the Provider will request actions to take to collect payment.

      I needed my backsplash done and refinish my kitchen island...****** came and gave an estimate of 3200$... I showed them a picture how I want my island to exactly look like and the sample backsplash. They scheduled after 2 months. First they finished the backsplash installation. After that one ********* came I showed him the same island picture(the one I showed to the estimator). He said we need a few more products. (We were buying all the materials not included in the estimate). After he left the estimator ****** called and said to refinish the island they need 900$ more. So, I asked him why...I showed the ********* same picture as I shoed you so why I have to pay 900$ more? He said I am lying or I forgot what I needed first...I think it's insane that he goes to 100 of people to give estimate hence I forgot what I wanted...where as I have to worry about only 1 project at my home. So when I told them I am not ready to give extra 900$ he said the backsplash installation is 2700$. As if they were going to do my island for only 500$...clearly he was lying...then they kept on calling several times from all 3 companies everyday...when I talked to the customer care they were so rude said what ever they want I have to pay because I signed the contract...other wise matter will be settled at court...clearly they were very habituated with that type of conversation. I bet they do that all the time with the customers. But nevertheless I had to pay 2700$. I wish I had done a little more research before finalizing this liar company. What they have done with me is nothing but extortion. They tiled the front side of my kitchen island. The ends were sharp...I have a son who is 1 year 4 months old...It was so hard to keep him safe. These happened in June. After that desert wall design did my kitchen island. he charged me 1200$. He got the maple wood shiplap and all the product necessary for that.So if you want to save yourself some money or some harassment do not ever hire them.

      The consumer was provided an estimate outlining the items to be installed at one price. When the complaint was opened regarding the estimate dispute IME requested copies of the invoices for materials to ensure they were purchased from our partner for the work to be done, this request was not responded to. IME does not control pricing for custom work such as backsplashes and islands, the consumer signed a contract with the total price and the change order when the adjustment was made to not have the island completed. The estimate also states that the the pictures reviewed prior to work being done to ensure the price and materials given are correct.
