1 starDo not use the service provider they recommend, Installation Made Easy. Working with them was one of the worst experiences of my life. ************* recommends then won't get involved when Installation Made Easy screws things up royally. Installation Made Easy acts like they're providing the actual in-home service, but really they just pass the work over to a pre-arranged general contractor. That general contractor will then subcontract the bulk of their work to a subcontractor. In some cases, the subcontractor will subcontract again. The general contractors do horrible work, they lie, they're terrible to work with, and worse in some instances. If you go back to Installation Made Easy, they refuse to do much, if anything, saying they're not a contractor. Installation Made Easy hides behind the fact they're a middle man company that merely helps you find a contractor they hand pick. Bottom line is - stay away from Home Decor and Installation Made Easy. They're all utterly incompetent, and you'll live to regret stepping into the store in the first place.Review fromMia T

Never again and never will I recommend such a ***************. They prey on those seeking convenience and their business practices are less than trustworthy. I assume they side more with the shady contractors they work with because thats how they make their cut of the profit. I was paired with one of their "professionals" for my bathroom project. They demo my bathroom and one of the workers finds rotted wood in my bathroom wall foundation. The worker says himself "I recommend you get a professional to fix this, not me, I do not know enough about it". The contractor boss/head guy comes to my house after we discover this with the worker and says "oh we can fix it", he proceeds to tell the worker what to do and then covers it with drywall. My husband gets home and FURIOUS to find they DID NOT fix the framing and the contractor boss is quoting me $675 since he got the guy to fix it. Load of c*** and liars. I haulted ALL work and requested cancellation immediately. We hurry to get our own professionals in to get second opinions. Well good thing we did because they took a look at this contractors work so far and found they did not install my shower liner correctly and moisture damage was for sure to happen. So now here I am not contractor because I fired the originals, and now I need a new contractor who is going to have to fix this mess so that is more money out of my pocket. And what is Installations Made Easy's opinion on all of this? They could care less. I have some senseless ************* Case open and the only options I am given are "Cancel and forfeit my deposit", meanwhile I am OWED money. I am owed money because now I am paying someone new to fix the mess these contractors tried to cover up. IME could CARE LESS!Installation Made Easy, Inc.

Definitely not worth a one rating! I have tried for 7 months to get resolution to an installation problem. Floor and Decor sent a third party inspector who documented a report stating the installation was flawed. Both Floor and Decorated the independent inspector advised that the cupping of my floor is the result of a poor installation. This should have all been under warranty and I have gotten no assistance from this company. I advised Floor and Decor to remove them from their stores. Definitely run from them, even if they appear legitimate by being in the Floor and Decor stores. They do not stand behind their work.Installation Made Easy, Inc.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Installation Made Easy (IME) is a contractor referral networknot the installation companybut we always try to help facilitate resolution when concerns are raised.Since November 2024, our team has worked extensively to investigate and support a resolution. Both the independent report and your own statements pointed to moisture from a leaking sprinkler system as the cause of the flooring issuesnot the installation. Thats why, after multiple thorough reviews, it could not be approved as a warranty issue.Even so, the contractor offered to make repairs for labor onlya goodwill gesture that unfortunately wasnt accepted. If i could leave less than 1 star i would. This company is awful, they do not stand by the subpar work that their installers provide. Almost a full year to get floors done the right way. Run if you hear their name! And they are affiliated with Floor and Decor. If you find flooring at Floor and Decor do not use their installers because they come from this company but yet that is not disclosed!Installation Made Easy, Inc.

Upon being made aware of the customers service issue, we initiated our service process and made contact with the customer. The customer immediately provided all requested information to allow us to start our investigation. Unfortunately, anytime there are concerns with a complex home improvement project, it takes time to both identify the root cause and to remedy. 1 starI am beyond frustrated with Installation Made Easy. From the moment I reached out to them, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. After having flooring installed, I noticed that several transitions were done incorrectly. Their installer came back to fix them, but not only did they fail to correct the issue, they left the job worse than before. Whats even more frustrating is the complete lack of support from their customer service team. Initially, I was told my project was still under warranty, and the team was "100% glad to help." However, after speaking to multiple agentsBarbara, *****, ****** ****** ******* JaylinI was constantly strung along with promises of callbacks that never came. I even left several messages on the supervisors line, but never received a return call. Its clear that they have no intention of actually resolving the issue or taking responsibility for their contractors' poor work.What makes this situation even more infuriating is the lack of communication and responsiveness from Installation Made Easy escalation to managers. The level of customer service is appalling. Ive been patient, but it seems like no one at this company cares about resolving my issue or taking responsibility for the shoddy work their contractor has done. Im left with a floor thats still not right, and no help in sight. I strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think twice. Horridly run business at their satellite locations. We live in *******, **, and had a shower installed back in the spring of 2024. This is the SECOND time we've had to call them out due to a leak in our ceiling from a faulty installation. Every single time they have had to come, whether for installation or repair, they will give us a time and not show up. Or show up hours later. This is competely unacceptable, seeing as how we've shelled out $10K on this shower. In addition, the original installation didn't have the elements we asked for (bench, second recessed area, etc). I've called the company, but you can only leave messages. Not sure what else to do. The fact that these companies can take so much money on a shoddy job, and then not respect people's time and PTO is appalling.Installation Made Easy, Inc.

1 starI apologize for NOT writing this sooner, but I must voice how terrible this company treats their customers. ************* has this company available for their labor. I reached out and arranged to use them to lay a luxury vinyl floor in my home. They were tardy the first day and one of the 2 workers never left the truck to help. The lunch break turned into hours. the second day, he brought a different helper and she seemed to work. The ************* shopping list of supplies was incorrect, so I had to leave them alone in my home to go to ****** for the correct items. The job was finished and seemed okay. I had to empty all closets for the floor work to be done. I noticed a monogramed bathrobe was missing. I had one closet emptied into a bathtub and realized when putting the clothes away it was missing. I waited a bit before called the company hoping I was mistaken. There was also a piece of tile chipped in the process from a hallway. The customer service person, named *****, accused me of making up the bathrobe story and said the chip was already there (I sent a photo of the chipped tile). I knew the bathrobe was stolen and I would never get it back but I wanted them to know. She was very rude, ugly, and accusatory to me. She sent someone out for the tile and he filled it in with grout that doesn't even match. Their policy is to send the original person to fix the error. Not surprisingly, the man that laid the floor was no longer with the company.I would never recommend this service!Review fromMark R

1 starBeware-We are 30 days into a failed bathroom restoration. They "finished" our ************* found many ************************ along with two cracked tiles. When we complained my wife was told she was being nit picky & unreasonable. They have dragged on for 3 weeks repairing their mistakes & we can never get a schedule on when they are coming. They have canceled ************ and absolutely nothing has been done to any kind of completion. We are still sitting here with a bathroom that cannot be used with paint & skim coat on everything.Review fromPatricia R
