  ***** ******* promises his subcontractors a certain amount and commission rate for selling jobs but then either doesn't pay them or only pays them hundreds or thousands of dollars less than they are owed. He frequently lies to his customers about the amount of crews and machines that will be present. Also charges customers for things that are not done. He tries to bully his customers into paying cash for the work being done and threatens to cancel the job if they don't.

  The other reviews are indeed true. He always has something come up to avoid paying his subcontractors. He owes me money for dumpster rental. Proceed with caution!!

  ******************* owns Brick to Branch and My Tree Guy. We had problems from the beginning of our three part project - clearing & grading, sodding and fencing. His crew didnt grade or clear the whole lot, even after doing it twice. I graded what they didnt, but now dealing with stumps growing back into trees. ***** was supposed to lay ****** but made the decision, without consulting me, to lay *******. He did switch it to Zoysia (based on the contract and what we discussed) which is about 1/4 crabgrass and weeds. Next step was the fence. I sent him a picture of what I wanted but he bought another type, without consulting me at all. Never mentioned it that he couldnt find what I wanted, just had his crew deliver it. There are problems with the fence that need to be fixed before we can stain it. For three months, ***** has ignored my 4 phone calls and 11 texts.***** says the things people want to hear, but has serious ethical issues, does not follow up with the work his crew does, has no sense of urgency to get things done unless payment is due, does not honor his warranty and is a poor business man. I have a long list of promises made by ***** which he did not do, or did poorly. Some are in writing, some are not. We are in the process of repairing the fence and the cost of that will determine if we go to small claims court. Getting a warranty is worthless when using ************************* and Brick to Branch.

  ***** did the work. Here is what has happened. I paid half per the contract and permit was requested. The application had incomplete info and ****************** didn't approve. waited 2 weeks and called City. As a homeowner, I followed up and provided the info. Issue - Once you pay the money, he is off the ****. You need to follow up, follow up, follow up...When he got permit, City asked him to make sure not to use skid steer (*** Cat kind), but he never paid attention. I reminded him and no use. Work was done and City gave a Citation to him. He didn't act on the citation for weeks. As a homeowner, you are responsible for Contractor's mistakes. So, I had to follow up and get a review done. Still working with City; damage is done. Real issue - when issue happens, you need to own it to fix. That is not happening with *****. given that I can't rate his work more than 2 star. We are in 3rd month and still dealing with City because of his mistakes. You decide your changes.Refer the attachments and City's email.

  Con. He will take your money & run without completing the work or paying his workers. Once he ruins his business, he starts a new one doing the same thing. One after the other.

  Took my **** deposit for brick edging. Never ordered the brick then delayed install. Finally just took off and never answered my calls. Thief!

  we hired this guy to do a long and expensive repair to our property. I started last June and he told us that it would take about 3 to 4 months to complete, which we were happy to this time. well as time went on he would send guys out to do the work. they would come in around 12:00 to 01:00 to work, but they would only about 3 hours at a time. we were told would be done and when the guys came out that type of work was done was not done correctly. Consequently the rain came and washed it out hitting my neighbors house. this just one example of their work. Work for 4-5 hours and leave. in the contract he was supposed to clean up their mess, and it was a big mess at that, from our yard and the neighbors yard. they finally completed the wall, but not straight and left and now will not call us back, so we cleared 5 trash cans full for most of it. this took him from June to now May to do the work. Don't hire this guy. He cannot handle money and constantly asked us for more money. we have a contract stating that the work was completed, but it was not!!
