    I placed my order back in October of 2024 and its is now July of 2025. I have called several times, visited the store in *******, have plenty of emails going back and forth about my order and this business even coached me into paying my full balance of $536.00 which I did with no intentions of sending my order, I've asked for my full refund and was given the run around. I want my money back or order but its been so long and I am tired trying to chase down my money for an order that seems impossible. Please don't waste your time with this business. They will steal your money and you will NOT get your product. I can't believe they called me to make a final payment and never planned to send out my order. I am going to take this as a lost but I will never stop posting about this business and word of mouth goes a long way RUN RUN RUN DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY..... READ THE HORROR STORIES AND PLEASE POST TO THE BBB! LET SEE IF THE OWNER WILL CONTACT ME .. ORDER NUMBER 9458 PLACED BACK IN OCTOBER OF 2024.

    They are indeed a scam! I ordered grillz back in October and paid over $6k for them and keep getting told the run around and how they don't have a definite time frame of when they're going to have my grillz. I was completely scammed out of my money. I repeat do NOT, do NOT order from them they will take your money and never deliver on what they promise. ******** worst company to shop with.

    In November 2023 I went on a Norwegian curse for the first time and so excited. I walk by GRILL BY SCOTTY and was so excited, because I was have always wanted one. I paid ******* and I keep getting the run around. I have contacted the ship to make a complaint about the company and hope they never have them on there ship again. (They are scam artists). It's a shame that they tell you what they want to get your money and then not deliver. I wish I had money to *** them. But like one person said Karma is a b**** and they will all have something done to them like they have done to people in the past. I just can't believe how a lot of people are having hard time surviving and people just take advantage of people. You no what is crazy, they no how to contact you for payment but do not deliver. I wish it was true that when you lie your bumps on your tongue... DO NOT BUY FROM GRILL BY SCOTTY, unless you have money to lose I will be contacting Georgia's attorney general as well.. Thanks for the information.

    Ordered paid never received product. No response from owners, customer service. Requested refund via email, text, IG account and Zelle account. No response. This is a scam!

    Company is terrible. They are communicative right until you pay. Nov 22nd i payed $890 for grillz that i was told would be ready in 30 business days. Till this day i have not received my product. As i read everyones comments its the same issues and the same exact way of not fulfilling petioles order. its a shame this company is still running. DO NOT USE GRILLZ BY SCOTTY!!!!!

    Hello everyone, I have successfully won my small claims case as this company stole 6k from me. 10k was awarded via the judge. I was able to serve them after hiring a private detective and court process server. They are now dodging the payout. If you need information as to how to track them down and serve them, I have all their info. They will try to run as they have been for years, but do not worry - the deal in place with the agency will provide me with any relocation information when they do bolt. If you are upset and need their information to serve the business directly or have a server ding them at their home, I can help. Email ********************************* if you need my help. This is just the beginning, realistically imo this is a Ponzi scheme to front a lifestyle they cant afford and concerts they realistically lose money performing. They will be declaring bankruptcy very soon and I have a lawyer prepared to hit them with a class action when the time comes. I would never recommend anyone deal with what I believe to be sociopathic garbage of human scum. Once again - *********************************. Addresses, names, phone numbers, all the info to serve them. I also have the sheriff on deck ready to ding their wages / garnishments and run through their IRS filings / accounting books. Once that opens up its going to get ugly. Sleep well everyone karma is coming.

    I'm really starting to get irritated with this company. I paid the Full payment of $985.51 on 09/27/23 got molded for it on 09/28/23 inside the shop. While being there I was molded by a nice girl named ****** that seemed so nice and professional. She told me that it would only take 3weeks for me to receive my grill. Today is 02/19/24 and I still haven't received my grill. First in October they kept sending me emails saying that the did a special for Halloween and were trying to get all the 100 orders out that they did and I would receive my before Thanksgiving. Which I really don't understand what that have to do with me when I came a whole month before Halloween. So Thanksgiving comes and goes and I receive an email saying they're sill behind and I will receive my grill a week before Christmas. Christmas comes and goes and I don't receive anything from them at all. I start emailing them and not getting a response back. I started looking on social media for the girl Autumn, after finding her on Instagram she writes me back and tells me she's sorry for what I'm going through and lets me know that she doesn't even work for the company anymore. Two weeks later I finally get a response back from the supervisor who says "reaching out to extend our sincerest apologies for the delay but they encountered some unforeseen production issues that have slowed them down." Within that same email they invited me to a customer appreciation event they suppose to be having in April ****. I don't see how a company can post on their Instagram every single day promoting their brand and trying to get more clients when you haven't even helped the clients who have been waiting to get their grillz for months. Its really sad that I even have to come on here and say any of this.. If your a regular person like me and you work hard for your money...I don't recommend you going to this company at all. They only care about their celebrity clients. Go spend your money elsewhere.

    ABSOLUTE SCAM. $880 down the drain with absolutely nothing to show. They have the audacity to have a website as if theyre legit when they are stealing from those interested in supporting a Black Business. Theres a woman named ***** and ***** working there and using TikTok as a way to lure young victims. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
