  Memorable customer service.The ***** was happy with her veneers.And My grill was done in time for video shoot shouted out to Scotty and the whole GBS staff for making this happen!

  This business is fraudulent and stealing THOUSANDS from black community. There needs to be a concequence for this type of action. $1500 gone. My hard earn money

  I placed an order in February and was told it would take ********************************************************************************************** any update on when its going to be ready. DO NOT purchase grills here! I keep trying to get an update, and its pointless bc they keep copying and pasting the same message in email and text. I went up there and they told me they would look into it. I was told I could not get a refund, either. They will take your money and have no clue where your order is. Really shameful.

  ZERO STARS. Ordered in March of 2023. Paid $300 and never received my grill. Was told it would take 30 days. They are scamming people and stealing! I havent received a refund this is horrible to lie and cheat people like this who try to support you.

  This business is getting away with fraud and there is no accountability. They stole $765 from me almost a year ago and I havent gotten the product or my money back. They need to be stopped. Contact Georgias attorney general and the ************************ with your complaint so that these agencies can launch an investigation.

  I ordered my grill months ago. I got the mold in the mail, yet never received my FaceTime to do my mold there for never got started on my mold. So NEVER got started on my grill. I asked for a refund with in what the website USED to say 60 days. Even said something about returning the mold and not returning the mold. The website no longer says that when I said something to them about it on the website. They have now BLOCKED MY EMAIL ADDRESS from asking questions about a update:: they literally stole 270$ from me.

  I drove a 128 miles and I went into the physical building and made my purchase and the lady told me it would take 30 days to get my item. I was like thats a long time but I didnt care due to that was around the time I needed it backnow its going on 2 months and still have not received my itemcant get in contact with nobody worst place ever and I wont be doing any business with them

  I ordered my grillz over 4 months ago. They havent delivered on any of the deadlines. They keep stringing me along and never give me a consistent person to talk to. And now they telling me I cant get my money back . I spent over $1200 and its all down the drain
