    Champion HVAC installed 2 units in my home in 2019. They forgot to attach the emergency device that shuts off the air conditioning unit when the pan overflow with water. This caused a leak, damaging ceiling in the kitchen. ******************* came out and attached the emergency button and sprayed, according to him mold spray on the area. Now that I'm asking for a company to come out to check for mold he has blocked me and refuse to reimburse me.The ceiling in my kitchen is still damaged.

    Champion HVAC and Plumbing came and serviced my compressor on July 5th, 2022. They told me that they replaced the contactor and completed some rewiring. I was under the impression that my air was repaired until the following day when I contacted **************** the owner and sent him a video (attached) of the noise the air conditioning was making. He insisted that it was a different problem and was not accountable for it and that the unit was defective. It was not until continuous efforts were made to contact him that he sent his employee out on July 16th to diagnose the problem. His employee came and left saying that he could not detect what the issue is and left. On July 18th, I came home to my air being off and the unit no longer running. I contacted **************** that evening, and he proceeded to say that it was not their problem to fix as my air was working after the initial repair, asked me to stop bothering him about the unit, and hung up the phone mid-conversation. I contacted another A/C repair team and was informed that my contactor was not replaced, and was in fact installed on the unit incorrectly. This has been the worse customer service experience that I have ever had in my life. I would like a full refund of $440 for the "service" provided as the unit was not properly repaired.
