    They have a rodent problem! Management do not care!!!!

    Pardon the delayed reply as the BBB just provided access to review and respond to complaints.

    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. At Flakes Mill Storage, we strive to provide a clean and rodent-free environment for all our tenants. We conduct up-to-weekly pest inspections and take proactive measures to ensure our facility remains in top condition. We apologize that your experience did not meet these standards. Please know that we take such matters seriously and are committed to addressing any issues promptly.

    I do not see a tenant account with the name of *************************** on file so I am unable to reach out and review your account in more details. Please contact our office if you would like to discuss this further. .

    I am rejecting this response because: Im still going through this mess they never even afford nothing to make this situation better, the storage unit is in my boyfriend name ***************************** . We have made a complaint and they stated aint nothing they can do my boyfriend number is ************ . We still have the storage unit it smells like pee and rat dropping is all over it ruined our furniture and clothes.

    Thank you for your reply. I am sorry that you have not been satisfied with the pest control services that we offer.
    Unfortunately, that account is not in good standing. As a result, it does not qualify for any goodwill discounts at this time.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    You guys said our bill is not in good standing, how is that the case if we just late a couple days. This is crazy , you cant provide any discounts because our bill is not in good standing, at this rate its better we take out or stuff and go to another storage unit. You guys are literally just money hungry, and thats sad and unacceptable we was t even there for 3 months went back to eat p*** and urine all over our clothe and you guys take no responsibility for you guys ruining our furniture and clothe. This is crazy and sad

    Today without any notice or contact, this location locked all doors and access.. There was no way to speak with management other than a call center that put us on hold and called them rather than allowing me to speak with them personally that would have been able to help! Our equipment that is essential to our weekly work is kept in that storage, and because we could not get it today I had to spend $2,300 to rent someone's equipment to complete a contract!! Again, we were given no notice or warning that there would be NO access for the entire weekend which would have given us the opportunity to get our things out that we needed.. This location / business is responsible for the money I had to spend in order to work this weekend!!I am uploading two Zelle payments in the amount of $1,150 sent today to cover what we needed (The first was deposit, second was the balance)
