      Their delivery people did not pick up my original mattress per what I paid for with **** Club. They told me that they would send someone out to get it and would confirm with me. They didnt and when I called again the person told me that it was never done and that he would have to see what he could do and that maybe I should call the delivery people since they didnt pick it up. I called them and got sexually harassed (by the customer rep *** the driver). I called back Serta and they told me there is nothing they can do to fix this and no one else they can send. I had to get **** club supervisor for them to FINALLT make a change. I have dealt with the stress and being lied to AND getting sexually harassed for something they got done in TEN MINUTES.

      Mattress less than yr old was defective Contacted Serta got approval for return. XPO logistic was suppose to pick up the return. Have spent over a month with numerous phone calls to XPO trying to schedule a pick up and they have been jerking me around with the same story they will get back to me in 2 days. They never do. Was given a date for a Thursday said they would call with delivery time never did and no pick up! Called back and was told have to reschedule will get back to me in 2 days again never happened. They just kept passing me around from person to person. to supervisors. The mattress was purchased on line through **** Club. Contacted them first and was told to contact Serta which I did and that is when the run around started between them and XPO logistics. Please I need resolution to this problem. Thank you

      They emailed that a representative would  contact me in a few days and I have heard nothing from them.  They had me cut all the tags of. The mattress cross cut them (X) and send the pictures which I did and still no response.  This is the worst buying experience I have ever had.
