      Worst moving experience I have ever had with movers. Made me sign the final shipping agreement before unloading, and charged me nearly twice the final 10% contingency fee allowed by contract before they would unload. Numbered boxes during pack but no items identified on the sheet, so I had no proof they stole numerous items, which they did. I had to provide two large rolls of bubble wrap just to get them to try to protect my goods. Stored my goods for months for a fee, but clearly not in a controlled climate area as claimed. Packed 2 trucks but showed up at my destination with only one -- they consolidated much of my goods by dumping smaller boxes into wardrobe boxes without my permission and/or stole items in the process I can name. Never shrink-wrapped my goods but promised to do so. Damaged, destroyed, or severely scratched virtually every piece of wooden furniture in some way. Footboards, coffee table, pictures in wooden frames thrown into boxes without wrapping, scarred and ruined. These people aren't movers -- they are criminals.

      Do Not use ************************************************** ************ made me sign the agreement of items shipped prior to the items even being taken off the truck. The delivery resources loaded everything in my front yard and then took it into the house. The delivery is missing many items including my 65" TV, my china, high-end purses, cooking ware, and others. When I called the contact information at 770-six one five-**** the lady who answered the phone said, "none of you items are here so you need to file a claim. However, the delivery person said that my items were in two locations during the move, one location in ********* ** and one in Georgia. I asked to confirm and the resource said well, its not here so file a claim. then she asked if I took and inventory. I explained that the drive insisted I sign prior to drop and she started yelling. This inventofy was supposed to be performed by the driver and myself at drop but the driver did no such inventory during the drop-off or count or match the items and did now allow me to do this either after asking. He said our move allowed us to report claims later and not that day. I have no idea of how other movers do this but this has so-far been a terrible move since i have to now file claims and inventory myself after the items are dropped.

      They charged me over $18000 to move from ** to MD, and then had to wait for them to come back after delivering my goods the next week for another truck, the first truck came with all boxes and mattress, boxes damaged Tv broken, then they will not answer when I try calling, file a claim they said seven days time, they will get in touch, its over a month and still nothing. The worst experience, money grabbing,

We had to change the delivery date because of your 1st available delivery date was changed and for the delay of your 1st payment. On the delivery day, our delivery driver was unable to perform his best due to the construction and painting was going on in your house at the same time. We also apologize for your broken items during your move and for which we have sent you the claim filing information to file claim. We are requesting to communicate our claim processing department to get any status.
