      They removed a tree and repaired my roof, but broke a window on my back porch that faces the front He agreed to replace it but has not done so and will not answer my calls or respond to my messages The roof and tree were started on Oct 28th, 2024 I am now requesting he return $500 of the $11,900 received for the work because I am an essential worker and have to come off the road now to get someone else to repair my window

      The crews damaged the gutter on the main house. I informed the crew about it. An office lady called me and told me that they would fix it. The damage gutter was never fixed and they just gave me the run around. I texted the office lady numerous times for about two weeks. She came up with different reasons for the delay and never got back to me. I eventually called the office directly and wanted to talk to the manager (*****************************). I believed him or his partner picked up the phone when I called. I asked to speak to the manager and he got down my contact information and he said the manager would call me back. Of course, they never call me back.
