      Owner promised me great quality and turned out horrible! the material used and dropped off didnt even match. ******* has different colors throughout and i paid in full! highly do not recommend.

      I had good experience with *****'s, very professional and hard working , cleaned up mess behind themselves. Waiting on rain to see they stopped my leaks.Highly recommended.

      I own rental properties and had used the same roofer for years until he retired recently. I decided to try *****'s and had a bad experience overall. The service provided by the office was very confused and unresponsive. I contacted them for a new roof at a rental house in ********** I received a written estimate, accepted it, and they did the work. The price was good and the quality of the work was very good. However, the roof crew pointed out that a piece of the gutter was cracked and another section was warped. They said *****'s could fix the gutters, and they would take measurements and have the office send an estimate for gutter replacement. I heard nothing for about a week, called them and they called me back with a quote of $1800 for new gutters and downspouts. I checked the condition of the downspouts and they were good. I asked for a quote for gutters only to be connected to the existing downspouts. I had to call a couple of times and finally received a text with a quote of $1400 for the gutters. They scheduled the work for the next Friday morning and I agreed to meet them there at 9 AM. They didn't show and didn't call. I called and was told that ***** pulled them off for another job, and they would do my job on Monday. I was there at 9 AM as promised and again they didn't show. This time I got no excuse or apology, but was just told to be there at 9 AM Tuesday. Again no show, no call. When I called, the office said they'd had a problem with materials and would be there later. They showed up at 3 PM. I made sure that the crew was aware they needed to connect the gutters to the existing downspouts and showed them the exact locations. They finished and charged me an extra $350 for connecting the gutters, without ever calling me for approval of the upcharge. I complained and they said they'd ask ***** to make it right. He never contacted me. I never even received an invoice despite calling. The whole operation is shady.

      This company was amazing!! Their crew arrived ready to work and the work quality was outstanding. These young men and women were very polite and professional. The price was reasonable and we had nothing but good communications from everyone! I highly recommend this company!

      For years to get someone to replace my roof. They would come out and look and say they would get back an estimate. That would be the last I heard. Your crew arrived on time and I have never seen anyone work so diligently and profess. They did a fabulous job and you followed thru with what you quoted. I will praise your company and crew to everyone that might need a roof. Your crew cleaned up every aspect of the roof and yard. Again I cant thank you enough for the job well done. Thank you thank you thank you

      Amazing service, quality work and professional! ***** and his crew did an amazing job and finished the project earlier than estimated. They replaced our entire commercial building roof in one day with his huge crew. ***** is very easy to work with and never asked the money upfront. Look no further! The best in GA regrading the price and quality of service. **** hire him again for our other properties.
