  Thank you Renown Cargo Trailers!!!! I had the pleasure of dealing with ******. He put up with my endless questions and concerns, very patiently. Most communication was handled as if I was his only customer. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my trailer!!!! The logo was really what got me. The fact that I did not even notice the logo until after I was hooked up, about to pull out, the had to get out of my truck for something, then I saw the Crown of Thorns!!!! The sales aspect of the deal was very easy to maneuver. Very satisfied over here! BUT!!! Let's talk about Ms. ****** the delivery driver. First of all, speaking with her over the phone made me feel very comfortable. She's a total sweetheart! Then----when I met her to get my trailer! I absolutely love her! Her energy, friendliness, and most of all, her knowledge is unbeatable!!! I felt like I should have given her a hug before we left lol. She showed me about my trailer, waited until I understood what she told me, helped me hook it up even when my truck's plug is very aggravating to plug into. This lady is awesome!!!! I will not recommend anyone BUT Renown Cargo Trailers (******) for purchase and Ms. ***** for delivery!!! Thank you sooooo much for the easiest and best purchase I've had in FOREVER!!!

  Ordered a 6x12, V-Nose, Tandem Axle enclosed trailer from Renown. My salesman was *****************************. Over all, my experience was good. ******* communicated well throughput the process and made last minute changes even after production had begun. He was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions prior to and throughout the process.I picked up the trailer at the manufacturer, Rock Solid Cargo. The delivery went smoothly and they even helped me to hook up and check lights, etc.As to the quality of the product, I am mostly satisfied. The fact that they use plywood instead of manufactured wood in the interior is a sign of good quality to me. All the seams were also sealed with caulk and trim was used to cover seams on the walls. The Polycore Sides are very nice looking and worth the upgrade. My main issue is the roof installation. I ordered a 1 piece roof and the issues I have are that it looks like they just slapped a piece of sheet metal on the top and slapped sealant on it without leveling it out first. It is not glued down to the roof cross members and has a warped appearance when viewed from above. The sealant was applied in gobs in some areas and they used the roof to clean off the applicator in a few areas. There is also some areas where water pools after a rain and this could be a source of leaks in the future.While this is an area you do not see, it seems like it was treated as an afterthought because it cannot be seen. It is a bit disappointing to see shoddy workmanship on probably the most important part of the trailer that protects the contents. This trailer is used to store a hot air balloon valued at over $20,000, so I hope the roof never leaks.Other than that, I have no complaints, but I could not give this purchase 5 stars because of this. This is my first trailer, so I am not sure if this is the norm for trailer construction, but is a bit off putting to me from a quality workmanship perspective.

  I bought a trailer from John (JD) with Renown Trailers to be converted into a concession trailer. John (JD) advised that ********* does the best work and that's who they use to buildout their trailers. So after a couple weeks I ordered a concession trailer through Renown Trailers and they sublet the work out to ********* for the buildout. I was again promised by John (JD) at Renown that S******** is the place to have the work done because they do top quality work. Well the short story is I was lied to multiple times, after receiving the trailer the serving windows are too high, front sheet metal has unnecessary holes and needs to be replaced from where Sammy at ********* installed the propane tank rack in the wrong spot and moved it and now the rack has unnecessary holes in the rack that was filled with sealer. The ice/water dispenser was put in last and blocked my sink and door on sink counter from opening, none of the doors on the cabinets are properly aligned, generator box was built incorrectly and with out a floor and also hit my trucks rear bumper on right turns, Sinks were not polished, freezer and cooler was damaged from Stalvey's. Counter tops has scratches and dings, TV shadow box was built without access to remove it and there is more. Work was subpar at best and I had somethings corrected and Renown and ********* refuses to pay for the corrected work. Renown is trying to say ********* owes it but I made payment to Renown. If you are looking for a trailer I would steer away from both these companies as they do not honor anything after the money is received,

  This is my 2nd 8.5 X 28' enclosed Cargo Trailer purchased from this dealer. Just like the 1st one, Great Trailer, Great Price!
