      I purchased a **** power recliner from Farmers Home furnishing at the ******** ** location on ********* i picked chair up approx 1 week later due to having to order. Sales order id # XXXXXXXXXX Stock # **** ***** SKU # XXXXXX with fabric protection in the amount of $634.93 After approx 2 weeks the recliner would no longer stay reclined after putting chair into reclinig position it would gradually begin to raise until back in sitting position. I went to the store on Tuesday July **** 2022 and spoke with manager and explained the situation she stated she would have someone come out the following day Wednesday JUly **** at 1 oclock. Never showed up, received phone call from manager at approx 330 that afternoon apologizing and rescheduled for the next day Thursday the ***** After they looked and took pictures stated would give info to manager and have her follow up. after a couple days nothing I called still no resolution. THen called Regional Rep she had store manager come out herself to look and take pics of chair at which time mgr agreed definitly a problem, Mgr said she definitely call me the next day and again hear nothing. I told the regional rep and the store manager I would like to spend a lil more money and get a better quality chair. was told thats not how this works. Was told they would have to get with manufacturer first to see what they would do. So on Aug *** i again went to store to speak with mgr and apparently nothing has yet to be done stated she would go ahead and send email to regional rep. So here I sit with a non reclining power recliner and no answers. In the beginning i had accepted the fact that I would have to take a replacement however at this point i no longer want to do any kind of business with this so called company and want my MONEY back.

      Group Manager contacted the customer to apologize for the delay and explained that the part is on order. She provided options of reselecting a new chair or picking up the existing chair and getting a refund. Customer does not want to reselect at this time. She chose to have the chair picked up and a refund issued. This is scheduled for August ***
