      Very bad customer service after you make your purchase. I bought a ********** refrigerator less than a year ago and the fan goes out. I have been waiting a month for them to send someone to repair it, and it's still under warranty. Krista who handles repairs tells you one thing and does another.

      Better train your financing Management. Ms. **** Tatum . Tifton store. I was called on two different accessions (*******-**21 & ********* 22) asking to add on to my account. Both times I did so both times I received a phone call from Ms. Tatum asking me to come in and make a payment. Please understand that my payment wasn't due for several months. She refused to do the work and look before calling me. If she would have only communicated with the computer or the sales associate all calls and problems could have been avoided.
      Due to her incompetence on */**, and non-communication on */** the product that I add to my account on */* was never delivered. Nor was I notified of this until */** when I went into the office after waiting several hours for a return call.
      Ms Tatum was a very good SALES ASSOCIATE BUT has awful management skills.
      As I have explained this wasn't the first time she has messed up my account. I over looked this mess up in ******* of 2021 but I just can't this time. If she has done this to me than how many other customers this behavior has been done to.

      I am a sales consultant/ therefore I understand the lines of miss communication.
      But twice, if a customer has been in your office once with an issue, it seems as though you would try to avoid said issues again.

      Please understand the rest of the team is amazing but Ms. Tatum needs to be better trained or placed back out on the floor. Until. Also can someone explain to my why I'm charged for a protection plan or life insurance that I never was told about or had the opportunity to authorize. Isn't this illegal?

      My husband and I when you opened in ****** **. purchased a mattress at your store we took your add that it was 12 months same as cash. Then every time I come to make a payment the receipt would be a crazy amount balance so I asked they kept telling me that they would take it off if we paid it on time in 12 months. So a few month's later went back and bought a love seat. Again they failed to let us know if we were on 12 months same as cash would be voided. Then the mattress is lifting away from the foundation. They came out measured it and said they would call. Well I had to call them they said they were not going to cover it it had a stain on it so they won't exchange it. And I already got stain out and the fabric was not where it was lifting.

      I purchased what was to be a very firm budget priced mattress as I have back problems. I received a soft pillow top instead can't even sleep on it, plus almost 1100 dollars. I'm very unhappy and want to have it returned.
