      THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Business, commication& return policy . Their furniture isn’t inspected coming in so you get it to your home Broken & then you have the hassle of a return and refund . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE AT ALL.

      I purchased a sectional 7/2022 and it keeps breaking. It was delivered with broken recliners, got that resolved and now the plastic couch legs are broken. For the past 3 weeks, I get a different story on getting them replaced or fixed and told we will contact you as soon as we hear something, but no one calls back. I regret ever buying this couch and will not buy anything else from this company.

      Sounds great to start all very helpful!!!!!!! but my debit card that I used for payments was put on file and has tried to be used with out my permission!!! to take payments out of my account!!!!! luckily I have a great bank were I can keep my account locked and they could not access my account. If doing business with Farmers Furniture be very careful with the information you allow them to have about you they are not trust worthy enough to have private or financial information.

      What a joke! They lure you in with 24mo. no interest and then they tell you your credit score is 100 points below what it actually is… so they try to get you at 18+%.
      I told them to “go screw” …

      I am being harassed for my account that's only 1 month behind and was threatened that they would take the money from my checking account that I did not authorize. They call days before my payment is due and call more than 5 times a day. I have warned that this has become harassment. I highly suggest you not use there credit as I was lied to and I ended up having to go get my washer & dryer and was stuck with floor model we had to load completely ourselves. It had scratches and dents and wasn't even offered assistance or apology.

      BUYER'S BEWARE, DO NOT buy anything from here. I bought an entire bedroom set that was supposed to be $1599 total after I asked to add the tall dresser on. The sales lady was very friendly (a little too friendly as she was not paying attention apparently). She charged me an extra $499 for dresser on top of the already grouped sales price, as well as insurance that she didn't mention. I was told that I would have everything delivered the following week on a friday. Friday rolled around, didn't hear anything. I called friday evening, told that I had advised the sales lady I would pick up the furniture. I am a single older woman. How the heck do I pick up all this furniture on my own. But I did. I show up to the warehouse where a large lady picked out my furniture that had someone else's names wrote on it. When questioned, she stated it was the delivery guy's mistake. I get home, it is the cheapest furniture made AND two dressers do not match the bed that I bought. I have to take this back to the store. I was told I would get the correct pieces when I brought it back. Nope. It wasn't there, told it will be delivered next week, it wasn't until I called raising cane. DJ the delivery guy was nice about it. Then I was told I did not buy the dresser and had to fight about it. After getting all my furniture finally, I carefully put the kitchen table together, go to unwrap it to make sure it isn't scratched, there is a huge gash in the middle of the table. I call to advise, well, it has been 3 weeks since and I haven't heard back. OH and told that the insurance I was billed for will cancel as soon as they decide if they will replace the table. OH and the handles and a drawer on my dresser doesn't work because they gave me the display from the floor. So DO NOT buy anything from this place. I am very angry at how much I paid the quality is horrible and you cannot get them to handle anything!

      We purchased a lawnmower in September 2022 we didn't have it for a month and the thing tore up on us. We're still making payments and it is December and we have not gotten the mower back. every time we call there's a different story. poor customer service Definitely

      Horrible customer service, and I would not dare use their credit. They will lie to you and hide finance charges in the contract. It took almost 2 months for me to get all my furniture and I requested a little off the price for my patience and Jennifer agreed to it. I never saw that discount. I have an extra $200 on my charges that she can't explain. This is the worst furniture company I have ever dealt with. I will drive an extra 50 miles to get better customer service and prices next time.

      I bought 2 mattress sets and a bed frame adjustable and one of the mattresses broke I only weigh *** so it's not because of my size, I have ask them to replace it and they didn't then I ask them to credit my account and I don't get a response I call every week and each week I get different responses last time it was all the employees are new but she is the same woman I have been talking to. This has been going on since ***** 2022

      Danny manager talk so rude to me over my box springs and he deliver my mattress with wrong box springs and he promise I would get today I called today and he yelled at me it was on speaker phone my husband heard
      This is not a way to treat people I had not checked on them until today if I could got my cash back I put down I would make then get the mattress but I would had to wait for main office this was not right
