This debt was supposed to be covered by an HRA account my parents had while having insurance. I texted the number provided from the debt collector to tell them they never responded I texted again they never responded but they continue to call me to say they are trying to collect a debt but they wont work with me when I dont owe this money.Business Response

The Dental provider (*********************************) has stated that this charge is NOT legitimate. During all of my communications with the dental school, I have NEVER heard about this amount being due. I am therefore left with the fact that **** Associates are scam artists and do not have any collection agency in this matter. If this company persists in ********* me about a debt that I never incurred, I will turn this over to the **************************.Business Response

I did not contract with this company. This company continues to call every single day, when I pick up won't tell me what the charges are for, nor will they tell me the break down. Had a payment plan set up with Well star so not sure why they continue to contact me.Business Response

I have been receiving calls from them everyday and its getting ridiculous. Im on a fixed income and cant pay what I owe. I barely can pay my bill as Im a server for a restaurant. I need to report Hollis Cobb associates, they claim to be a debt collection agency! for unauthorized access to my banking account! They are a fraudulent debt collection company! These people have called me for almost a year saying I owe money. I cannot figure out what it is for. I finally got a letter saying I owed $519, but now I only owe $35. I have no idea what I owe them for or why it is now $35. I am tired of them calling every day. I pay my medical bills on the portal. I am not comfortable giving this company my debit or credit card to pay anything after reading their reviews.Business Response
