Bought 2 "******* Knives" and they stated they were the "sharpest knives ever". After receiving the product, they were the dullest knives I've ever purchased. They said I had to sharpen them for myself and charge me a Restocking Fee plus Shipping! This is pure false advertising then they take your money when you are not satisfied. Horrible place, horrible knives!!

I visited Seido Knives website a few days ago. I was not offered a window to accept or reject cookies. I did not enter any information in the website, nor was I signed into my browser with a gmail account. Yet somehow, ******************** captured my email address and has been bombarding me with unwanted emails. This is not an acceptable business practice.

I bought an eight piece knife set, two cleavers, and the steak knife set. The tip of the paring knife from the eight piece set was bent. I contacted them as soon as I saw it and they refuse to replace the one knife stating our complaint was beyond their 30 day policy. I didn't notice the tip until i happened to see a little piece of thread stuck on the tip of the blade from the towel I used to dry the knife. We reiterated back and forth with them through email and unfortunately they are h*** bent on not replacing the one paring knife. Horrible return policy and the customer service is poor at best. What would a little paring knife be to them? Is it worth losing a customer? The total cost for all the ********************** we bought was $448.00. It didn't have to be this way. I'll never buy another seido knife and I never suggest anyone purchase them.
