      OMG, where to start. Customer service center is terrible and rude. I called in to change my banking information. When I opened my account there were two different accounts, so when I was asking for clarity no one could give me clarity on my two balances. I wanted to see the information for myself online. I needed my account number for this. No one was able to give me my account number. I had to wait for it in the mail, yet the first thing the automated phone system tells you is to use the online service. Anyway by the time I was done with the call, I was closing my account because of the headache from trying to figure out what happened to my account. Honestly seeing their rating here, I really wish I would've come here and checked them out before doing business with them. Could've saved myself a headache!

      The insurance of Primerica is a company that is only said to scam people, using the method of false information, I have been 7 years with this life insurance and I am trying to cancel it because every year they are raising the price a lot, and tried to cancel and they are collecting my savings that I have in this policy, Last year I sent my cancellation letter and they do not want to cancel my insurance, I will have to ask for help from the government of *******.

      I have never done business with Primerica, but after the experience I had, I won't ever do business with them. I had a woman claiming to be a representative harass me over ******** Messenger. Inappropriate. When I asked for the company name and background information, she told me things like "see this is why you need to get on a Zoom call with me and my regional manager", and even things such as "you don't deserve to know because you won't get on a Zoom call". She then proceeded to call me over ******** Messenger and continued to call me even after I told her I was working. Primerica, train your "representatives" better. This is unacceptable behavior from anybody claiming to represent a company. This woman's name was *************************.

      Primerica is a complete joke. My family and I have been cheated out of our hard-earned money. Poor investment choices and advice from their "financial planners" which has resulted in the loss of a significant amount of money. Their product selections are geared towards the profitability of the company and not the client. The customer service department is just as awful. They are a nightmare to deal with and will just give you the run-around.

      I had a life insurance policy with my wife and just wanted to separate the policy so that I could have my own and be able to log in without using my wife's login information. I was given the runaround several times from customer service and the agents that signed both my wife and I up. I called today just to get some help with the form that was sent to me, the form that was sent to me was only supposed to separate the current policy(at least that's what I was told by customer service and the agents that signed me up). However, I found out that I no longer have insurance because I was removed. I've been paying on a policy for over a year and all the money I paid into it, is just gone and now I have to figure out how to fill out 24 pages of a life insurance policy or go back to the agents that set it up originally. How can a company just allow someone to remove me from a policy that has my name and information on it, without any communication from the company? If something would have happened to me, my loved ones would have been looking for a policy that's non existent. This is a horrible company policy. If the agents can't add me to a policy without my approval and signatures, then they shouldn't be able to remove me without my signature and information verified.

      I have sold life insurance for multiple companies and Primerica is the only one that blatantly lies about it's competitors. Primerica does not sell whole life. The problem is that they make a false claim that other companies mostly push whole life. That is not true. Most companies recommend term most of the time and only recommend whole life sometimes.One person tried to recruit me into Primerica when I worked for a competitor. He said that he would sit with my clients and make me answer as to why I sold them whole life.The problem was that I sold mostly term life. If it was a disagreement over whether a product was good, then I would not complain. However, this behavior was unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest.

      I had a policy with these crooks for 20 years. I paid faithfully $59.85 per month for 20 years then with no warning they began autodeducting $188.60 from my account. This is theft. When I spoke with the "customer service" person they acted like it was my fault and it was beneath them to help me resolve the issue. She stated that I would get a refund of the now multiple months of the excessive deductions. After waiting 8 business days I called to see where the check was to be told it was in the mail but only for 1 month not the others. This is not acceptable, this is theft.

      I used to work for Primerica for 3 years and was promoted to District Manager. I recruited dozens into the business but only one of them ever put much effort into it or wrote any business. I worked part time because you don't make enough to support yourself at first. Most of what I made was from what I did as a licensed agent. However, the expenses were higher than the revenues I was paid so I quit after devoting almost all my free time away from my full time job. It is very hard to make good money there unless you are a combination of well connected and lucky. I was neither. My upline was full time and he quit because of not making enough too. Some people I worked with made revenues in the 6 or 7 figures because they had multiple layers of downlines. This is a pyramidal structure and only people with many downlines make good money. The rest make very little if any. On the plus side, I learned a great deal about practical personal finance such as the rule of 72 and I feel these concepts should be taught in school as they are far more useful than 99% of what they teach there. Following what I learned has GREATLY improved my finances. Also, they take a topic which is usually taught in a very boring manner and make it interesting. They have big pep rallies which are great fun with loud music, high fiving, and recognition for everything you do. The people I worked with were mostly very nice and supportive. I just wish it wouldn't have been so very hard to make money doing this business because I really enjoyed the work I did. Also, people complaining about paying thousands into a term life policy and getting back nothing or their premiums increasing 4 x after a certain age don't understand how term life works and should read their policy to see where the tiers are. The ones who are retired should have enough money saved up that they don't need life insurance any more and their savings can be used for final expenses. Thank you.

      I love this company. The support is truly uplifting and amazing. I love what they represent. I do see the horror reviews and its disappointing and unfortunate that some people do not care about anothers situation. But the company should not be judged because that is not what we stand for. In any business people have their own individual motives. But with my experience and many others that I know Primerica has been amazing I couldnt ask for anything better
