    I bought 3 tickets to the Atlanta Gladiators game on March 24,2024 for the April 4th game. Each ticket came with a free Margaritaville shirt. It said on the terms that the t shirt will be mailed within 2 weeks. It's been more than 5 weeks and nothing has happened. I would like the shirts as promised.

    I have sent you three emails on that email address and haven't received response in 2 to 3 weeks. My address is *******************************. You can send the shirts and provide tracking number so we can close the matter. 1 large, 1 XL and 1 XXL.

    Can do! The last message that I have from you is from April 15th with an update on your address. I had not received anything since then, so if you have reached out to communicate, that did not reach me. I'll contact you via email once we have these ready to send.

    I am rejecting this response because: even that email is almost a month ago but I am still waiting for the shirts. I will be more than happy to close this case as soon as I get the tracking number.
