      I ordered standard size pillow protectors. Called the company to return these and order queen size. Received a return authorization # **** from April ****** and mailed the standard size pillow protectors to address given: ************************ on 4/18/25 with tracking number 9500 1131 8584 5108 4201 84. I have not received the credit I am due. I have called many times and also emailed them throughout the last 3 weeks. I received a call back from a ******** and from April ****** saying it would be taken care of by Monday, 5/12/25, but it has not been taken care of. They have not issued the credit of $33.29 which is the purchase price $41.28 minus shipping $7.99.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I received information from the business saying I would be refunded the full amount, but as of yet that has not happened.  Since BBB has become involved,  I have received a communication from the business saying they would be paying me through ******, which I am not a member of, and in another communication from them, they said they'd be refunding it to my original payment method which was a **** ending in 1651.  There is no credit on my 1651 account.  They also said they are sending merchandise, which I did not ask for.  I am due a refund to my original payment method, **** ending in 1651, for the pillowcases that I returned to them In early April.

      I am frustrated with trying to return an order of 2 allergy pillows and a mattress cover to National Allergy Supply and get a refund. I realized the items were not going to fit my needs and because of later reading bad reviews about this company, I don't want to do business with them. When I called for a p***aid return shipping label they said I had to pay for the return. There is NO statement in their return policy stating that, but they do advertise they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. *** said it would cost me over $64 to return the items. National Allergy's solution was to unpack the items and buy a special vacuum and bag that would **** the extra air out making the box smaller and less expensive to return. I stated I was not going to spend MORE money by buying a special vacuum and bag - I also am not going to tamper with the items. *****, the customer service *** I was dealing with, hung up on me. I called back to talk to management and my number was blocked. I then emailed a letter explaining the issues to management and my email was rejected and blocked. What kind of company is this??? I am frustrated and leery of sending this order back at all because I don't trust that they will refund my money. I don't know how to make this work.

      Purchased a Ladybug **** Steam Cleaner from AchooAllergy (National Allergy) that suffered a broken bottom plate when attempting to install one of the casters by hand. The product bottom plate was defective and should not have broken due to the force applied. National Allergy is refusing to honor their return policy and will not accept a return of the defective product despite their stated return policy.

      On January 26th, 2023, I placed two orders from National Allergy online. I gave my home address for the orders. They never made it to my home. I received an email back from them stating they were delivered to a *** drop off location & if not picked up soon, they would be sent back to National Allergy. No email response as to why they never made it to my home. Being that is has been a month since I placed the ************* still have not made it to my home, I was forced to purchase from another local store.

      I ordered a specific brand of HEPA air filter machine. The wrong item and brand arrived. It was delivered UPSIDE DOWN and left in the rain. The unit makes an odd noise and I suspect that it may be been dropped when it was delivered or even before that. For the last two days I have tried unsuccessfully to get them to correct this problem and have as of Friday, Aug. 26. 2022, not had any kind of intelligent resolution to this problem. I did receive an idiotic message from someone, claiming they had no control over where the package was delivered. THAT IS NOT THE COMPLAINT. THE COMPLAINT IS THAT IT IS THE WRONG BRAND AND ITEM. The initial customer service representative continues to tell me that someone "will call me." I want instructions from them on how they want this item returned and it is not acceptable.
