      National Allergy sends the wrong product. Then refuses to admit that they sent the wrong product.National Allergy does not send a return label nor packing slip They do not pay to return the incorrect product

      I bought a dehumidifier and other allergy products. When I tried to return an item, I had to call their customer service center in *******, and they didn't even call back till the next day. I was told they would send me a return slip by email. When I checked my email, it said they had APPROVED the return but did not include a pre-paid label. When I emailed back, they said they only take damaged or defective items. That is not what it said when I paid for the items. The product I wanted to return was packaged so tightly that the item was unusable. I would rather take the hit for the item and never do business with them again than waste more time dealing with them. Don't buy products from this company. There are no guarantees and no customer service. Hopefully, the dehumidifier will not break down.

      I tried to cancel my order within 2 minutes of ordering and they email me the next day saying Hi, ****, we are unable to cancel your order. I called in next day and they said I needed a tier 2 customer support and they would call me back, but never did. This is a terrible company I wish I had read their reviews here on BBB before ordering from them.

      SCAMMERS. Bought 2 pillows for $59 and they were too thick. Tried returning them the following day and the cost was $35/$40. I called customer service and they said thats their policy. Bad customer service. Thats why amazon and bigger companies will take over the world cause these smaller companies rip you off
