    I've been trying to get my eye exam contact prescription from 11 months ago when National Vision was located in the ******* Store on ************* in *******, **. Apparently National Vision has pulled out of *******. I was instructed by ******* to contact National Vision via email. It's been a month since I requested the prescription from National Vision via email to the ******************* Apparently the ****************** doesn't have a phone number that can be given out to customers. I've called National Visions **************** three times in the past two weeks and I'm getting a complete run around. I'm completely out of contacts and my prescription will expire in a couple of weeks and I am getting nowhere with either National Vision or *******. National Vision has the worst **************** I've ever seen.

    I have had the worse experience with the national vision center. I used my insurance to have an eye exam and purchase eyeglasses.I received them in the mail and it turned out the lenses wor not correct. the person failed to ***************. I was not informed of the return or replacement for the item. I went to another national vision center at ******* and I was told it would be better to pay for replacement lenses. I then receive a bill from the national vision center. I gave them all the information in both letter and email and they insist I owe them.
