      Company is trying to scam people who pay utilities online. I made a payment online all information was correct. Received letter a week later about an incorrect debt due for non payment. After calling and speaking with a rude customer service representative today. As I stated to her the debt is incorrect. The information for payment was correct and received a confirmation email. The payment process must have issues if so many customers are complaining about the same issues.All information pertaining to debt is wrong and to remove any outstanding debt listed on my account. I donot agree to any debts this company claims to be valid. This company has fraudulent practices and should be investigated by the state of ******* immediately.

      I reached out to the company today to ask about a letter I received stating I owed them for a check that did not clear. The check had cleared my account. When I asked the representative to hang on with me, I was looking up my banking info, she was there and I apologized because it was taking a minute. I went to verify the information and she hung up on me! There was no indication that this was a harassing call on either end. I just wanted to look up the dates on the check and verify the information. I was in shock that a *************************** would treat someone this way. Unacceptable.

      This Company calls me out of the Blue for a bad check to ***************************. I don't live in *********, never been there, no reason to write them a check. They keep calling from number 77O-7O9-31OO. Their direct number is 877-29O-546O. They said I lived at an address I don't know never heard of. Be Aware. Their website is *****************************************

      Check on a certain bank bounced because account was closed due to fraudulent activity. I was told outstanding activity would be honored for 90 days but that didnt happen. I explained to Envision payment solutions and they wanted a letter from the bank stating what happened and they would waive the $47.50 fee. In the meantime I sent another check from another bank to the vendor. I told Envision payment solutions that and now they said I would have to recoup the fee from my bank. I sent them another check for the full amount and the same day I received a letter from the original vendor stating they received my replacement check and my account is paid in full! I want my money back from Envision payment solutions!!
