I paid them over $5,000 to make my product which they claimed was done and then charged me another $350 to ship it to the fulfillment center to be shipped. They claimed it would be there in a week. 2 weeks later it had still not arrived and the CEO *********************** who was emailing me the entire time till he got his money stopped responding. I called their phone which goes to voicemail and never received a call back. I emailed ***** more than 15 times over 4 weeks and never received a response or explanation. I emailed ******* Bermedo for weeks with no response. I emailed their support more than 10 times with zero response. This company is a scam! Do not use them!Business Response

April/2023 I paid ****$ up front to rocktomic. I paid extra for supplement samples. The samples themselves were unusable. (Video) to say the least. I started reaching out to rectify and received no customer service. A runaround of people not responding. I had asked for my money back several times. They sited a loophole no refunds. We purchased a VIP Lifetime membership from ROCKTOMIC for $2,000. We placed 7 orders in the first 6 months. Only 3 arrived without issues. The last order with Rocktomic was for over $500, they sent supplements with no branded label - we could not sell these items. We spent 4 weeks trying to get a resolution. Rocktomic made it clear they made an error but would not do anything for us without us paying more money to fix their mistake. We had a previous incident where there was half of our order missing. They never refunded that money, so we did not trust sending them more money.We disputed the charge, we received an angry email threatening us with their "legal team" and trying to blackball us from the industry. Here is quote from their email. They also did not honor their 'Lifetime membership'. "I also noticed you disputed the charge, and are still in possession of the inventory, which is legally denominated as friendly fraud, for which our legal team will start the due process ASAP. As far a VOX and *******, they are my direct supply partners and thus I will advise **** and ******* (owners of the companies) on your business practices and ensure they do not do business with you. I have advised my team on your account and since you have disputed a considerable amount of money for inventory you still hold, they will put your account on suspension status."We have had an absolute horrible experience and are out thousands of dollars and hours of time. We are not the only ones who have had this poor of an experience. There is a ************** for people that have had similar experiences with Rocktomic. I am rejecting the business's response because no resolution has been offered or completed.
First, Rocktomic Labs refused to take responsibility for a lost *** package, despite the fact that fulfilling and delivering orders is their responsibility. They told us a credit would be issued, but we never received the $500 owedeven though they filed the claim and kept the insurance payout.
Next, they mishandled another order, sending us the wrong products. At first, they blamed us for the errorthen admitted it was their mistake, yet still expected us to pay to return the incorrect items.
After two weeks of back-and-forth and over 30 emails, with no resolution and no refund, we disputed the charges. In response, ***** from Rocktomic sent us a threatening message, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
We are currently out $2,500 total:
$500 for the lost package (no refund or credit ever issued)
$2,000 for the revoked VIP Lifetime Membership
Unless we are fully compensated, we do not consider this matter resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:There is no resolution offered by the company. They have all documents needed to provide a resolution.
There are many many complaints of them taking $1,000s then not delivering the service they promised. They charged us over $2,500 for a lifetime membership they then revoked with threats after not delivering over $500 worth of product.
We are requesting $2,500 for the service not rendered, and products not delivered to resolve this.
This company shows a clear pattern of not fulfilling their agreements. I put in an email thread of unhappy customers that claim were taken advantage of many claim over $10,000 in service not rendered. Attached is documentation of some of those emails. Many of these people that claim Rocktomic took advantage of them never filed a complaint.
