1 starLet's just say every review is accurate. The Dishonesty, failure to communicate, once you pay, all communication stops, fake shipping and in the end you will lose money. They will print a shipping label and after 7 days. The status never changes and you never receive the samples. I actually contacted my business attorney and was told there was a legal way to seek compensation for everything that has occurred at me and my business as a result of the negligence from this company. After a week of emails and calls with no response, I've turned it over to my attorney. If you don't have a business attorney I suggest you get one AND keep any and all communication you have with anyone from this company as evidence. My attorney has uncovered so many disparities with the company it's ridiculous. Please believe every negative review and don't be fooled by the amount of recent positive ones. Those are fake and simply an attempt to clean their image. Rocktomic please spare me the generic reply because I have documented evidence to support everything I've written. I will air it all out. Social media is powerfull and with the amount of people sharing the same concerns, we can all ban together and make some serious noise. Please please do not do business with this company!!!!! This company consistently fails to support its existing customers while aggressively seeking new ones. They are frequently out of stock, and shipping delays now exceed a week. Their customer service is virtually non-existent; phone support is unavailable, and despite promises of 24-hour responses, replies are sluggish or completely absent. I've wasted substantial money here. Save yourself the frustration and avoid making the same mistake.Rocktomic Labs, LLC

This company is a gimmick. They manipulate you through false advertising by selling "membership" packages itemizing what is included. However, once you pay the details of the "membership" alters. I purchased the "Lifetime VIP Membership Package" where it states up to 20 labels are provided in the ad; but upon registration the number of labels decreased to 5. Each of the 5 labels were limited to two revisions before revisions came with a price tag of $147/ea. Yet, for $197 you can purchase a ************* Package" giving you 5 additional labels. I am embarrassed for this company at the low-grade quality of their "graphic designers" - it's atrocious. The labels produced were GARBAGE. Better yet, you must make videos through loom.com to explain your label revisions. Once you think you have finished your product labels, you have to order samples to "finalize" them and there is minimum of 2 units per product to be ordered, not 1. In the ad, they stated there is a flat rate $2 fulfillment (which is true) but there is ALSO a processing fee of 3.45% + $0.25 OR an invoice processing fee of 2.95% + $0.25 OR an ACH processing fee of 1%. Customer places an order, ********************** has up to 2 days to fulfil it, excluding weekends on top of 3-7 business days shipping timeframe. Communication with the company is an obstacle - book a zoom call to be given attitude and rushed off the phone; but the wait time to schedule the call is always weeks out. Every step of the way there are fees, fees, fees and delay after delay. Have requested a refund based upon false advertising, but they will not comply. Instead, they offered as many revisions as it would take to complete the labels. You would think they would WANT to work with you, helping you achieve sales, but instead they work against you. Based off my experiences DO NOT RECOMMEND ROCKTOMIC. They are shady snakes and money hungry sharks with zero intentions for building strong business partnerships.Rocktomic Labs, LLC

This company is unprofessional and unethical. We had a vendor deal with a retailer that fell through because Rocktomic refused to provide us paperwork for their products. They first said we will get it to you if you pay us. The pay was a bulk order that was then said that was to help you prepare and stock items. They had no knowledge of which items the retailer wanted. It was a money grab. Then refused to provide the paperwork and we lost the deal with the retailer. They are horrible. Find another distributor or go to the manufacturer directly.Rocktomic Labs, LLC

Rocktomic Labs, LLC is not a great partner to work with for a wide variety of reasons. I've been in the supplement industry since 2017 and have personal relationships with the manufactuers they work with. We seen a lot of negative reviews regarding Rocktomic in terms of shipping, partner service and overall customer service. Unfortunatley, we decided to press forward and give them a chance and it did not go well.We spent over $300 having our labels edited for Rocktomic review. Once they were approved, we spent over $200 to purchase our samples with our labels. The shipment was sent on 7 December and the tracking never updated. Once we reached out to the team, they referred us to their shipping guide and provided limited support to help remedy the issues. Over $200 vanished and I was told that we would have to pay for another sample order. This is terrible customer service at the partner level - imagine what would happen if they started to get orders from customers. All of this matches the online reviews, orders that sit for days and terrible customer service that does not respond. I called every number Rocktomic has available during normal business hours and no one answered. Rocktomic Labs IS NOT a manufacturer - they work with manufacturers to procure your formula or product - custom or private label.I would not waste your time or energy attempting to enter this business model with Rocktomic. It is poorly ran with individuals do not have much experience within the supplement space. In addition, the *** ***** was CC'd on multiple emails and did not respond. The fact that the *** can see this level of support from their team and not respond shows the standards that they keep within the company.Rocktomic Labs, LLC
