    I will never buy a scuf controller ever again. This is the worst ever experience for getting a game controller. Payed for express shipping and still have not received my controller. I live 2 hrs from ******* where scuf is and they decided to ship from ******. What kinda since does this make. Now it's held up in customs for God knows how long. Will never buy again!!!!!

    There is nothing to say about customer service as it is NON EXISTENT! You can only chat with an AI bot and they do not respond to emails. I am trying to do a simple item return and they will not get back to me to guide me through it. Absolutely disgusting for a company that charges such high amounts for their products. HIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES!!!! Surely you can afford it with how much you charge for your items. This is beyond disgusting.

    I sent my controller in to be repaired and when they sent it back they sent it to am old address. Instead of them fixing the problem the blamed it on me and said that it was my responsibility to tell them when I've moved. I moved 4 years ago...they never asked me for an update before sending it back.

    I ordered a refurbished Envision pro controller on 9/5, didn't receive it till 11/23. Now the controller shorts out and doesn't turn back on only after barely a month of use. I then file an *** and sent my controller back to them, Scuf/Corsair has had my controller over at the *** department for almost a month now , received on 12/11/23, it's 1/8/2024 writing this complaint.

    Order placed on 08 NOV. It is 29 November and I have still not received the controller I paid $266.06 for. I have reached out to SCUF 4 times and have yet to be provided adequate customer service. They do not take phone calls and their bureaucratic chat and ticketing system takes several days to respond. I work for the federal government and am not home during business hours, the package was marked as signature required by **** with zero mention to me the buyer. Package was unable to be delivered as I was not home. Package was then held by *****. I got in contact with ***** but was not able to schedule another delivery as I was not the shipper. **** coordinated it to be sent to a local ******* on 26 NOV. **** then labeled the package as delivered. I went to the location to pick up my package 2 days later on 28 NOV and there is no package from SCUF / no package from my name. It is now over 3 full weeks later and I still do not have the controller. **** customer service is overly bureaucratic and refuses to help the customer. **** customer service was much more helpful prior to the company being bought out in 2019. This is no longer the same company post buy out, they are terrible. Please stay away.

    Bought a $200+ gaming controller from my son from this company. I paid extra to have the build expedited so it would ship sooner. They only give you an order number so you can view shipping updates on their website. Their page hasnt updated since the 6th. I have reached out to them multiple times via ticket and also on ********. My wife has also reached out on ******** and instagram and neither of us have heard anything back. This company also has no phone so reaching them is impossible. Stay far away from this company

    Ive spent 1000s of dollars on controllers and have loved them BUT I spend $300 dollars on a new one and it doesnt even work right for more than 10 minutes. Randomly shuts off and stops working. I play and a very high level and I lose money in tournaments because of the s***** quality of these controllers. Not sure what happened but new scufs are not what they used to be.

    Had the controller for 4 months before it developed a nasty joystick drift, sent it in for repair under warranty. Its been 34 days (estimated 14 days from when they receive the controller to completion of repair) since they have received it and I cant seem to get a response regarding the status of repair. **************** absolutely ***** for such an expensive and poorly made product.

    I purchased two controllers from scuf. BOTH of the controllers were returned to due to them being completely defective and unusable. Upon return of the two defective controllers, I received only 85% of the purchase price due to a restocking fee. In their terms for returns and refunds, defective controllers do NOT incur a restocking fee. On top of all of this, the customer service team is NON-EXISTANT. The only responses I have received are from what seems like AI or templates that are a blanket answer. I would not be surprised if the boxes i sent back have not even been opened yet and Scuf is hoping that they can just get away with refunding 85% of their sale. If you dont want to accept returns, then DONT OFFER RETURNS. I have been a loyal scuf consumer for the past 5 years, their customer service has always been poor but it seems like they have bit off more than they can chew.

    Terrible customer service. Placed order in December. Couldn't even read the order number on the confirmation email. Said order was shipped and delivered. Received half of the order, controller is missing. Unable to call anyone in customer service, nor do they reply to emails or messages. If we ever receive it, I question how well they would handle service inquiries replacement parts are required. I would like a refund for the controller.
