    These controls will break And the customer service team knows this and doesn't care. They will charge you over $70 to fix it.

However, your warranty expired over 11 months ago. In August 2023, when you reached out to us, your controller was already several months beyond the warranty coverage.     Horrible customer service to start. I ordered a controller on November 14th. It was a 5 to 7 day delivery which means it should have been delivered to me no later than the 21st of November. Today is December 4th and despite reaching out to them several times I have not heard a word. At this point I demand a refund.

    Worst customer service I have ever seen. I asked to slightly change my address due to a typo and said they couldnt. I contacted them immediately after placing my order and they wont allow any changed.

    They use faulty parts and when the parts break and you send the controller in for repairs, they send you a bill and dont tell you what the problem was. They just expect you to pay to pay 15% of the initial cost of the controller (which in hindsight was ludicrous) to fix a malfunctioning trigger. Mine stopped working on the day the warranty expired. GO READ REDDIT BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM.

    We have been trying to return a defective controller that broke in less than a month while playing a game. It has not been used since it broke in January. Scuf Gaming support has been dealing with *************************** who purchased the controller as a Holiday gift. ******** services has not been much help. I received the controller as a gift and my mom who purchased it has been trying to return it since January 27th. Today, it was shipped back to Corsair Memory, Inc.ATTN: SCUF ******************* They never provided my mom with an answer to were to return it although they claimed last night that they had approve for her to return it for a full refund if she sent it back by 2/7. She never received that information from customer service. At this point she needs to get a full refund.

    These controllers are an insane scam. They still use non modular potentiometer thumbsticks and will have terrible drift within a few months. This behavior should be illegal and to charge hundreds of dollars for something like this is evil. Do not support them until they are using modular potentiometer thumbsticks or hall effect magnetic thumbsticks.

    Like many others, 3 months later I get an email and a charge on my card because they failed to charge me tax. Even after they started doing this to customers, you could still go on their site and experience the tax issues. Extremely unprofessional way of handling this situation. Good luck to everyone else

    Bought a $200 controller from them in May and two months later they send me an invoice saying they forgot to charge me sales tax. They make a mistake and expect me to pay for it? No, that's not how this works. What a scummy company, I will not be giving them any more of my business from now on.
