    This company changes its pick up times for customers and does not notify them. Because of the changes, they did not provide the services that I pay for. They also have very poor customer service when trying to figure out solutions to problems that they caused by changing pick up times.

    Responding to the complaint directly through BBB vs Ms. ********.

    There is no set pick up time.

    There cannot be due to different circumstances, ie. people not showing up for work on time, truck needing service at last minute. The drivers must do a pre-trip to make sure proper lights work, especially since they start in the dark. Or simply the truck broke down and we cannot rule out heavy traffic times.

    We ask everyone to ALWAYS have their waste out the night before their service day, due to varying  pick up times. This is posted on our website, the quarterly bill and in the phone message.

    Looking at the history, there are numerous times can was not out for service. Reading the last note dated **********,

    reading further the notes from **********, customer admitted she didn't have her can out on time.

    I started the business with this company on October **** of 2022. I paid $80.23 for 3 months of service on November *** after having to contact them about no service. The company failed after 5 phone calls to deliver the services ordered. I spoke with man who claimed he was a manager who said they would pick up the can and as soon as the can came back that a refund would be issued via check. It has been 2 weeks now since the can was delivered back to the company (picked up by their workers on 11/17/2022) and no check is in the mail and my account still shows a credit of $80.23. I am tired of fighting with this company and its poor business ethics and customer service. I want my money back.

    Hello,
    First let me start that this is my first notification. You know I always respond quickly.
    As for Mr. ********, makes no sense why he was not serviced on a regular basis considering the others we service had no complaints of no service.
    As far as a refund, we are more than happy to refund when we receive our property. We have an accountant that cuts the refund checks or any checks. We have a checks and balance system as legitimate businesses do. I listened to the young lady that spoke with Mr. ******** and listening to her side she tried to get him to understand she was following the rules. As of ********** a check was cut and sent out of our office to his address.
