    I used Aisgusta Disposal for many years and really didn't have a problem till we had to move and put out the trash the last time. I had many bags and was requested by AD to buy yellow tags at the gas station to put on the extra bags for an extra dollar for each trash bag. This was about 30 extra bags, which was the first time I ever heard of such a thing. So the day of the pick up the garbage man gets out of the truck to look at my bags and then got back in and left without taking anything. My wife called customer service and they very rude and said we had rugs sticking out of the bags. The truth was , only one was sticking out of a bag, and the others had regular trash. So customer service grudgingly said would take care of it and next week they would come. But they never did come again. So we got another company to pick all the garbage up. In essence we were charged twice. I would NOT recommend Aisgusta Disposal if your looking for a garbage company

    The bags left were bags of cut up carpet\rugs or what looked to the driver and loader as nothing but bags of carpet.
    It states on our Website we do not accept carpet\carpet padding.
    We also only service 10 bags tagged each service day..
    We are sorry you had a negative experience.
    We never aim to displease.
