      ***2022 - Pool opening was not acceptable. Very sloppy with no communication. I tried contacting them several times with no responses. I disputed on credit card and credit card found in my favor as vendor never responded to complaint. Have not turned over to collections. I am paying the money to keep my credit in line but feel this is not an acceptable way to do business bullying customers in paying for services that they never received.

      The pool opening was exactly what we told the customer it would be.  Her pool was green.  Getting it back clear is not part of the opening process.  She received an email prior to the service explaining the process and explaining that cleaning it was not in the scope of work.  She replied that she understood.  We did the work.  She never paid.  We emailed and called.  She never paid.  This was over a year ago.  We sent her to collections.  Now she calls and wants to pay.  And says the service wasn't what she wanted.  A year later.  At this point it's out of our hands because it's in collections.  This isn't bullying.  This is a customer not paying.

      This statement is incorrect. There were NOT multiple phone calls. I made several calls and emails to them with no responses.  I was willing to pay a portion of the invoice but No one would return my call.  I have paid the collection agency to avoid credit issues.  

      it appears to be more of a he said she said  issue at this point so am not sure what the correct resolution is.  I can say one of the ladies I originally dealt with is no longer there.
