    Date: 01/19/23 We had an is*** with our Frigidaire refrigerator giving an error code on the screen. The refrigerator was maintaining the temperature and the filtered water and ice maker worked. We called **** Heating and Cooling and Appliance Repair to see if they could help resolve our is***. **** charged us an $80 service call fee to come to our house. **** was at our house for an hour and a half messing with the refrigerator wires and asked us for our Frigidaire user manual. After an hour and a half he said he could not fix the is*** and charged our card $80. After **** messed with our refrigerator, the screen no longer displayed the error code, screen was completely black and the filtered water and ice machine no longer worked. We scheduled an appointment 1/19/23 to have a Frigidaire representative come out to service our refrigerator but they were not available until 01/25/23. The rep said whoever tried to fix our refrigerator should not have capped the wire and cut the wire too short and ruined the reader making the repair cost at least $1,000 which it would not have been that expensive if **** would have said he couldnt fix our refrigerator and not touch anything which resulted in making our is*** worse. We reached out to **** and explained what the rep said he did wrong. He would not take accountability for what he did even when he talked to the Frigidaire rep and the rep educated him and said he never should have capped the wire. **** lied and told us we did not understand what was going on even though the Frigidaire rep confirmed to us when we called him that **** made a mistake and he should not be allowed to do it to any other customers. We have a one month old newborn baby and we use the filtered water to make his formula and now we have to buy bottles of water until we can buy a new refrigerator or pay for the fix. **** would not compensate us for anything and threatened to *** us if we left an honest review about his company.

    I tried to call her husband and he would not answer the phone. I told him I would be glad to come bye his house and talk to him and he would not respond. All he wants to do is send text. I have all the text. I recorded 3 conversations on the phone I had with the Frigidaire Tech that went and looked at the Refrigerator. I have the complete conversations and word for word what he said. I asked the tech if he checked the wire from the control board to the plug above the door to see if it was broken and he said he didnt check it. I asked him how would he repair a broken wire and he said he would splice the broken wires.  I notified the Tech and ********** and asked them to contact ************** and I would pay ********** to send there highest qualified tech to look at the refrigerator. I have turned the situation over to my lawyer and private investigator to gather details from the Frigidaire Tech who went to the job. I will not be blackmailed and threatened by a customer who doesnt have the backbone to discuss the situation like adults, in person or on the phone.  I have the text where the customer told me if I didnt give him some money he and his wife would start writing bad reviews. I told ************* not to write bad reviews about me until the court decided who is right or wrong. Mr and ************** do not understand or was told wrong by the Frigidaire Tech on what exactly happened. Im sure it will be all straightened out when all 4 of us are under oath and all the evidence can be seen.

    **** never tried to call my husband. He asked to come by our house multiple times which are included in the text messages provided. I did not feel comfortable with him coming back to our house again especially having 2 young kids. He acted weird that we were even going to reach out to the Frigidaire tech after he said he talked to him. We asked for compensation for him charging us a service fee and staying at our house for hours just to make our refrigerator worse. My husband and myself were at the house when the Frigidaire tech looked at our refrigerator. He was up on the ladder looking at the wires and board. We told him we would post bad reviews because our honest review is based on what we experienced with **** and his company which was bad. Nothing we wrote was not true. ***** response back to our review was a lie. He said he tried calling and he was sorry he couldnt make us happy and he would be glad to talk however in the text conversation which we provided he told my husband to not contact him again. He is the one who doesnt have a backbone and cannot own his mistakes. He likes to blame others. He should instead learn from his mistakes.

    I did try to call your husband back soon as I got his first text.  I have the phone records. I have no idea why you would be uncomfortable with me coming by and explaining what happened. I have over 62 5 star reviews, and I have been *************** and Certified by Subzero to do warranty work on residential refrigerators and Freezers that are high-end Luxury products. Subzero start at ****** for a basic refrigerator . I know what ** doing and Im finished with this going back and forth.  Give me a bad rating and do what you need to do. I am more than happy to have my day in court and ask the Frigidaire Tech questions in front of the Judge.  Im sorry the refrigerator you bought was a lemon and the Frigidaire tech is trying to blame someone when they should be replacing it or giving you a new unit. Call him and ask him if he checked  the wire from the control board to the door and see if it has continuity it doesnt and the wire cannot be replaced you should be talking to them about a free refrigerator instead youre being fooled and blaming the wrong person I hope you realizes before its too late
