    I had excellent install and experience with **** when I had the heat pump installed initially. Now I cant get him to answer my calls as the unit seems to not be functioning properly less than 30days after install. Super frustrating I have not received a receipt or warranty information of any kind and spent almost $10k to get a unit that isnt heating my home.

    Johns Heating, Cooling, and Appliance Repair went above and beyond for us!When our Heat stopped working on Christmas Eve, I was desperate to find someone close to ********** who could help. **** showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem, and, unfortunately, the furnace had to be replaced. Instead of leaving us without heat, **** went and picked up a new furnace, and installed itlate on Christmas Eve! I truly thought service like this no longer existed. Thanks to Johns Heating, Cooling, and Appliance Repair my family stayed warm, and my childrens Christmas was saved. We are beyond grateful!

    Excellent Service! I was very pleased with the service I received. ***** knowledge and experience its amazing. Not only did he fix my AC unit, he was also able to repair my dryer. As a senior living in ************** ******* it was great to find someone. With so much experience repairing different products. He made me feel comfortable and was a pleasure to talk to .
