      The owner, Mr. **** came out to my property to assess damage. I originally came to have knowledge of this company through a home warranty claim that I filed. He is the contractor that the warranty company sent out. He made the repair per my home warranty and then he Some additional things and ultimately told me to alleviate having any future problems. It is recommended to replace the septic tank. Because *** had issues intermittently over the last couple years. I asked him to please quote me a price. When he did, I felt that the price was fair and he said I needed to pay $1000 down and wants the step to take came in. He will come in and install and then he will set me up on installments to pay the remaining balance Over the next several months. I sent the money to him at the beginning of July and. I continue to follow up every couple weeks and we had a extended spell with a lot of rain and understandably you couldnt do anything with the ground however, I continue to call. I continue to text eventually he stopped returning my calls. He stopped responding to my text messages. The business phone at one point was forwarded to one of the employees phones and the employee advised me that he had no idea why the business phone was forwarded to his phone and that he himself had been trying to reach Mr. **** as well. I sent him a request to cash app asking him to return my thousand dollars and he declined the request and I still have not heard anything from him. Basically he stole my money because I did not receive any services or product in return. This is unethical and it is unsatisfactory. I am reviewing all of my options at this point to take possible legal actions. To allow me to recoup my money and also to make sure that he is not allowed to pray on any other person.
