  Last December, I contacted A-1 *********************************************** LLC to request service to repair my septic tank, which caused flooding in my house. On December 11, 2024, A-1 sent workers to repair the septic tank. They dug up both sides of the septic tank to unclog the line due to their determination that there was excessive grease in the lines. They indicated that there was a need to install risers, at an additional cost of $790.00, in order to oxidize the lines. They indicated that they would have to return to install the risers.On this date, I paid A-1 a half-down deposit of $975.50. On 12/14/2024, A-1 installed the two risers, and I paid the remainder of the payment due ($975.50). Therefore, the total payment was $1,951.00.Although I paid the total amount due to complete the job, A-1 failed to bury the risers. They continue to protrude from my backyard lawn at the site of the septic tank. I have attempted to contact A-1 numerous times to ask them to complete the job by burying the risers or refund my payment. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach them. No one answers my calls. Additionally, their voicemail box is full. Finally, when I refer to their website (*************************************) the links indicate that the site was not found because this site is not published or does not have a domain assigned to ***** summary, there is no way for me to contact this company for them to complete the job or refund my payment.

  ****, is not a good person to ask for plumbing work repair. He came out and put a hose down my clean out pipe a few times and then said he did not have enough hose to complete the job, and he would have to order the attachment to attach the hose for more length to finish the job. He wanted to charge me 500, I paid him $400. I have yet to see ****, and he will not return my calls or messages. He message me today, and said he had the part and wanted to stop by and never seen him, and now he wont return my calls or respond to messages. Save the hassle, and run from this guy.. he is a rip off, and a liar!

  06.17.24 Jeff with A-1 Plumbing out of Flovilla, GA has not completed my septic tank work. He will not return my calls at ANY number given on his business card.
